I’ve been in the SOMNIUM group for a few months now, and I really love the designs there.  I’ve blogged gifts from them before that I’ve picked up at Second Life Syndicate events, but once I visited the store I knew I would want to get in the group.  Fantastic fantasy designs, the group is free to join, and there’s 450L credit a month free for group members!

I saved for 2 months and came home with this avatar, and I think it’s spectacular.  It’s called Automation, the theme is ‘forgotten’ and it appears to be made from bronze and old painted porcelain, I just love it.  There are other version though, and there are many more things in the store you can get instead.

This particular avatar comes with a full body alpha and that’s that. (Although you’ll have to hide your ears and nails).  No sizes, so that makes it unisex even!

At the entrance you’ll find a sign for ‘SOMNIUM employees’ and that’s where you’ll join the group for free and pick up your free credit.

Yo Fabs, happy weekend!  I hope you all have fun and interesting plans.  Me?  I’ll probably be sitting here hoping for the rain. It’s so dry here Alligator Alley has been on fire for days! :O  We need the rain, and when it rains I don’t feel one bit guilty about being lazy, that’s what I call a win/win.

White As Snow

Hi Fabs.  I decided to blog this older group gift for you guys today, because I find myself wearing it over and over again this winter.  If I’m wearing it so much, maybe you want to pick it up too?  It’s free, after all.

Silly groundhog

That Punxsutawney Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter, didn’t he?  I’m not sure when we decided that a random groundhog in Pennsylvania could predict the weather better than science, but here we are.  So far, it appears he’s not wrong, as today in Florida it will be 87F, and then Tuesday morning, it will be 37F so credit where it’s due, I guess.

Anyway onto the freebies, this one is perfect for winter but not frozen to death weather.  A nice warm sweater with a puffer vest over top, keeps the heart warm while still allowing you to move your arms. 😉  It’s one of the older group gifts over at [GILD] and since the group is free, it’s free for you to bring home.  It’s sized for:

Beans and jeans

Beachy told you in her post HERE about the newest free group gift at Mossu, 400L credit!  I wasted no time running over there, and I picked up a brand new jacket combo, the Jerry Jacket, fully covered by my credit (349L).  Each single jacket color comes with a fatpack hud to change the vest, shirt and tie.

I also wore my Mossu Cooper jeans I’d bought previously, which would also be covered by the credit, so you know, you have choices!
