Quiet Day

Good evening, FabFree. I hope the start of your weekend was a wonderful day. I spent a very quiet day just hanging out with friends. The nicest part of that is just being comfy all day.

The Kawaii Energy

There’s a mall where I live that specializes in all things Asian.  You can get pretty much anything you need from that part of the world there (weirdly flavoured chips, Hello Kitty toasters, and as many sea cucumbers as your heart desires).  Back in the early 2000s, I went there with a good friend of mine and was introduced to the joys of insanely adorable stickers and stationery from Japan and Korea.  There’s not as much of it nowadays, it’s all mostly been replaced by cell phone covers – but I’m always trying to recapture the colourful girly-ness of it all!

Nope! The Christmas Tree Ain’t Going Down Yet!

I am one of those people who keeps their Christmas decorations out at least another month after Christmas has passed. Yes, one of those people. I just can’t accept that the holiday fun is over!
