You Give Me Butterflies

Hello Fabulouses!  I hope you are in the midst of a relaxing weekend as Ripley and I are!  After reading Love’s post {HERE} about the new update for Slink hands, I teleported right over to Slink, tapped the re-delivery terminal, and scooped up the latest release.  Thank you for the tip, Love!  I then picked up a few Bento-friendly poses on the Marketplace, and decided to incorporate the 60L “Touch” pose from Kiss Me Poses in my main photo for today’s post.  I added the butterflies, which were an old gotcha prize from Cubic Cherry, and the effect was very picturesque.

Say Yes to the Mini Dress

My dress today is a free group gift from Pacagaia Creations called the Ginna Harness dress.  Although the join fee is 100L, a versatile texture change HUD is included with the March gift, and there are 7 other freebies on the wall of the store for group members.  I love the strappy detailing on this sexy Ginna dress, and the subtle sheen of its texture.  With realistic folds and creases, this curve-hugging number draws the eye to all the right places.  Although the windlight setting and reflections I used for my snapshot make it look like there is purple in the dress, it truly is a lovely shade of green (you can get a glimpse of the true color in the photo below), in honor of St.  Patrick’s Day.  If you don’t want to sport a foresty hue, there are a number of other options in the color change HUD included in the gift box.  You can set the straps and body of the dress the same color as I have done, or you can use a contrasting texture for the straps to make the design really pop.   For the body of the dress, there are of 8 solid colors or two patterns in the HUD, while the straps have 10 texture options.

Perfectly Polished From Head…

I found a sweet pair of shamrock earrings in the Stylovely shop on the Marketplace for only 5L.  Even though St. Patrick’s Day has passed, I will still periodically wear these little lovelies in the hope that they might bring me some of the luck of the Irish.  I really like their detailed texture, and the way they dangle gently from my earlobes.

To Toe…

With delicate straps and sparkling gemstones, these free Sandra heels from ChicChica added plenty of glam to my outfit.  Designed for Slink mid feet, they are ornate enough to be paired with an elegant gown, yet coordinate beautifully with the more casual frock I chose to don today.  They are a special free gift to celebrate St. Patricks’ Day, and I’m not sure how much longer they will be set out, so if you want to claim a pair for your own, don’t delay.  I’d suggest heading on over to ChicChica as soon as possible.
