Exclusively Yours has a Steal of a Deal…or Deal of a Steal?

So, I was a bit of a tease last night, and only mentioned grabbing a dress from Exclusively Yours as a Steals and Deals offer instead of showing it to you, but I did say I would be back today to show it to you.

Almost all of this lovely outfit I am wearing is included when you buy the Morgan outfit from Exclusively Yours. For the low price of L$55, you get this gorgeous 1 piece mesh tube top and maxi skirt, which comes in the standard sizes, as well as a fitted mesh version, the matching shoulder bag, the many bangled bracelet, and the stiletto shoes with built-in feet, and a skin matching hud. Oh! I almost forgot, there is also a Lola’s applier for the top for all you meshy bits lovers. That’s a pretty good deal if I do say so! All I needed to do was search through my inventory for a necklace and earrings, and my look was complete. I love when everything you need is all in one folder. LOL. Steals and Deals offers only run from Friday to Monday, so while you do still have some time to grab this beauty, you don’t have too much time. If this look is not totally to your taste, there are a few other offers, all full outfits, and all for the same L$55 price, so I suggest heading over to Exclusively Yours anyways.

It’s back to school…with bacon!

Ahhh September. It is the time where most parents rejoice, back to school! Honestly, I don’t have much experience with that other than my own back to school memories from wayyyyy back, my only kids are 4-legged and furry 😛 There was just something about the outfit I put together for this post that said ‘Back to School’ for me.

It all started when I saw someone mention in the SLF&O’s group chat, that Eyelure had a cute pair of yellow, mesh shorts set out for free to everyone, no group needed. So of course I ran right over to check them out. The super short, Eyelure Side Tie Shorts in Yellow, have the nicest little bows on the sides where the fabric has a great wrinkled look from being slightly gathered. I will say, these fit a little on the small side, I had to move up to the L size, but other than that, how can you complain? They are totally free, and a lot of fun.

The shirt I settled on, I had actually picked up a few weeks ago on the Marketplace, with the thought that I wanted to blog it. I just never found the right look for it, until now. The Delicious Treats tank from Pop It, is only L$1 on the Marketplace. It is mesh, and comes in the standard sizes, although I found that it actually was the reverse of the shorts, and fits on the larger side, so I actually went down to a small for it. I just love the pop art/comic book style of the print on here, and come on, what’s not to love about a shirt that has pictures of ice cream, hot dogs, and bacon on it? Bacon!!! LOL.

To round out my look, I needed shoes, but not just plain ole boring shoes, I needed shoes that stood out. I found exactly what I needed, on the Marketplace again. The Xana Sequin Sneakers in Turquoise totally fit the bill. For only L$10, they also fit into my budget 🙂 If this colour does not suit your mood, they have many other colours and patterns available for the same low price.

aDiva Couture is one of my favourite stores in SL…  Her designs are very well made and her style is just so “me”!  I was so happy to hear that she had re-opened her doors after closing down a couple of months back. Bop over to the Cart Sale

If you haven’t been to the Cart Sale you should get over there pretty quick before it ends.  Carson showed the male items from the Hell Bop cart last week, so I thought I would show you the female goods.  You can see the male items on Carson’s post One Hell of a Cart Sale.

The blue checked Aurora set shown above can be worn as a babydoll dress or an adorable top and capri outfit.  You can also pick up several cute dresses for L$10 each.  I picked up the green Hanna babydoll dress and teal Pearl dress.

There’s also several nice tops and a pair of high waist shorts on the Hell Bop cart.  I picked up the Annamae Eyes short babydoll top, the Anne Tiki halter top,and gray Sadie shorts.

There is also an adorable purple Ruby overall short set and green Rosa tank top for L$10 on the Hell Bop cart.  This might be my favorite thing, so expect me to tp around in it all day!  The Chaos Theory bangles, earrings, and necklace are L$10 each on the Ticky Tacky cart at the Car Wash.
