Finding my way back in blogging… I am really excited about MESH items in Second Life! I already read about MESH months ago and was really curious. I think this will be a huge improvement for our SL-experience.
Mesh is a capability to bring models, known as meshes, created in other applications into Second Life. Mesh is available now on the entire Second Life main grid. (Source) You have to be in a viewer that is able to view MESH items. I use the official Linden Lab Second Life Viewer. Renee already sent me a notecard with lots of places to visit for Mesh items. I am wearing the dress as a top and wearing the underpants, which I modified to be a bit shorter, combined with the shirt part. I rightclicked ‘add’ in inventory to wear the tights! The (mesh) boots are so cute!

I still have to learn a lot about Mesh, but I am sure it still needs to be fine tuned. Cause with shadows it shows shadows of the boots AND my feet! Lol!

Senorita Bonita

aDiva Couture is one of my favourite stores in SL…  Her designs are very well made and her style is just so “me”!  I was so happy to hear that she had re-opened her doors after closing down a couple of months back. They currently have a gift available for it’s group members that is out for a limited time only!  There is a group fee of 250L, but this one is worth it!

 This stunning fuschia dress called Senorita is aDiva Couture’s group gift which I have matched up with Giereh’s new group gift, Victoria Pumps in Zebra!  The Giereh group is free to join.  Around my neck is a necklace I found on marketplace for 10L called Ticky Tacky Blaire Bats Her Lashes Necklace.

Candy Cane

It’s the holiday season and a perfect excuse to get all dolled up in red and white!  The red babydoll dress, fur shawl, and hair accessories are a gift at Fishy Strawberry.   The white Holly UGG boots were sent to the Indie Rose sub-o group this month.  The Misty Blue Who skin is the gift from (x.x) Dead Bunneh (x.x) in the Mr. Grinch Hunt.  There is also a Baloo Who skin for men!

aDiva couture has a free red and white snowflake outfit.  This outfit includes the dress, stockings, scarf, mitten, and matching coat.

Take a Sip from the World Cup

Have you been watching the World Cup?  Honestly I haven’t seen any of it, but from the looks of the gifts and notices I’ve seen around SL lately many designers are fans!  Here’s just a few of the World Cup gifts that are available.

The Soccer Ball dress, earrings, and ball are in a gift at Sway’s.  The sneakers are a past gift from hoorenbeek.

Can’t decide which team to cheer for?  The aDIVA Couture sub-o members received the international Football Siesta outfit which includes sneakers and visor cap!  The KIM hair is a new release from EMO-tions.  This hair isn’t free, but is fabulous and looks great with the visor!

aDiva in the house!

I’m back from my short little vacation.  You wouldn’t even believe how many messages were sent to my email, so I’ll be checking and responding to those over the next few days.  I logged in this afternoon to find many fabulous gifts waiting in my inventory!  First off the beautiful pink and black St Lucia Carribbean Dream dress looks like it just walked off an artist’s canvas!  This racy dress was sent to the aDIVA Coutures sub-o a few days ago.

RezIpsa Loc has a new release and with it a new dollarbie!  The purple chain tank top has silver and gold chain versions, so really you get two tanks in one!  The tanks are also available in black, brick, brown, navy, and teal at the regular price.  The brown jeans are a profile pick reward gift from Equilibrium Design.

Also the pulled up red knit top is a gift for the ladies at Equilibrium Design and click the midnight mania board for the seductive unbuttoned denim jeans.  The gray STMAT top is in the guess and win game at Equilibrium Design.  Both tops are quite revealing so I am wearing the hello pasties from the lucky chair at AYUMI.

The Kaylee hair isn’t free, but is a new release from Hair Solutions.  The beautiful Mia skins were sent to the Apple May Designs sub-o members.  The skins come in the natural makeup and in toffee, coffee, beige, and milky skin tones.

I Hate Your Negative…

I decided to slip into some casual wear.  Actually the causal mode is because of the fabulous short Jean hair from eha.  The red and white Kooky Lizzy skirt set includes two styles for the skirt, socks, bangles, and a matching boho bag.   This outfit was sent to the aDIVA Couture sub-o members.  The white sneakers from Duh! aren’t free, but extremely inexpensive at only L$25.

Together Inc. has a new look and new group gifts to celebrate!  The group is free to join and there is a gift for the ladies and the men!  For the ladies the group gift includes the black corset and ripped jeans.

Also while at Together Inc. be sure to take a look around the discount room!  There’s lots of cheapies including the denim spank shorts for only L$15!  I picked up the free ihate your negative shit tee at eha for free.
