Nocturne

The Christmas Tree at Nocturne Noel is absolutely surrounded and engulfed with gift boxes.  The gifts are free for everyone to grab, with no group join required.  I walked a large circle around the tree, clicking on each box, which took a bit of time… but was totally worth it.  Here is what I picked up:

2000 Miles

Hi Fabs!

I have a couple of reasons for using this song as my post title today.  First, I’m wearing this gorgeous plaid, and I linked the video of KT Tunstall, who is a Scottish musician, over on the FLICKR post.  This song has special meaning in my heart too.  And THEN, when you go to SWANK it feels like you walked 2000 miles to get all those free gifts!

Tartan tart!

I am Scottish by heritage IRL, and I’m automatically attracted to anything in a tartan or plaid.  I don’t know which this is, I only know it’s not MY tartan, but I think it’s beautiful!  This is a complete outfit from V8 Underground, and it’s a free gift at SWANK.  It comes with a lot of pieces – the dress, boots, hat and moose!  It comes rigged for:
