I am so pleased to tell you about this new group gift from Blueberry because that means that I get to wear it and I really enjoy wearing it. The new group gift is the dress that I’m wearing here. It’s been revamped and redone with new sizes and mesh and it’s even more fantastic than it was before. The Blueberry group is 20 measly L to join and the group gift is free. It includes 2 HUDs. You’ll find this gift not inside the store but outside off to the right of the entrance, through the lighted arch. The gift is there in the center of that area and there is also an awesome sale going on. All previous weekend sale packs (like TSS and FLF) and 2023 releases are half off! The TSS packs will be retired when the sale is over, but I didn’t see an end date. I made a few splurges like these boots, but I spied some things for 75L as well. Better get them while the getting’s good.
Faces that are Traditional
Another thing you’ll want to do while you can, is join the Traditional Face group for free. This group is usually paid, but right now it’s free. That’s one of my favorite things that I’m sure I’ve mentioned before about Lelutka’s 12 Days of Christmas – so many amazing stores make their groups free for the duration! However, the 12 Days of Christmas event technically ended on December 21st, so I’d anticipate the groups going back up any time now if they haven’t already. Go on and join Traditional Face for free while you can! In addition to the free gift for Lelutka’s event there is also a handful of other free gifts up on the wall, and one of them is Beth which I’m wearing today. It comes in a fatpack of Velour colors with some great options. I just love Traditional Face faces. You won’t be disappointed. Promise.

Christmas is upon us in about 8 hours or so. I thought I’d show you one more wintery dress in a snowy place. Of course, I think I would be cold in this minidress. Is it just me or have the hemlines risen higher than ever before. I know a lot of SL fashion is inspired by real life creations. Maybe I just haven’t seen many short, short dresses out here in the country where I live.

Today’s post was inspired by the December group gift from Graffitiwear. It showed up in notices on December 20th. If for any reason you miss it in the notices you can run over to the store to get it. You can find it on the back wall of the store near the gift cards. This gift is free for the store group and the join fee is $25L. For the price of the join fee you’ll receive regular monthly gifts, access to a lucky letter board, midnight mania, and a lucky dip. The Xmas Gift dress comes with a 3 texture change hud. I think it’s a festive look!

To complete my outfit I added a pair of Christmas Tree earrings and a pair of bright boots. The Christmas tree earrings are a free group gift from G&D and the group is free to join. Currently there are five gifts out: three sets of Christmas earrings and 2 pair of shoes.
The advent calendar at Domina! gifted us with these sassy boots on day 13! And they are now priced at 25L on the advent calendar. The Olivia boots come with 2 versions: green and light green. They are fitted for: Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn.
Lastly I set the scene with backdrops from Synnergy. I used 2 of them to set up the scene: Snowy Streets and Christmas Parade Float 4. The Synnergy group is free to join but the calendar ends tomorrow. You can still grab all of the advent gifts with the group tag.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Well, it’s looked like Christmas for a while – but we’re almost there! I actually like Christmas Eve best, all that anticipation and preparation and excitement… The very best feeling.
Another Lovely Gift
We really are spoiled in SL these days, and I’ve got yet another store who’s got a 500L gift card for their group members! Head on over to Kaithleen’s and peek under the Christmas tree – you’ll find it there. You have to hurry though, apparently it’s only out for 72 hours and I’m not sure when that started. So… go grab it! There are also new group gifts, new lucky boards and a sale going on, so there’s so much to be excited about. I settled on the Brittany dress which comes in a full fatpack of colours, and I made it Christmassy using the HUD where you can change the ruffle and colour of the dress. This year SLS is doing it a bit differently, all the gifts are at the stores participating instead of one central location.
