Back At One

Goodness, I blinked and it went from before Thanksgiving to days into December. And I know that another blink will take me past Christmas. I have no idea where the time went or even what Advent Calendars I want to participate in this year. There is a LOT going on, FabFree. It’s time to take a deep breath and go back to basics.

The Tried

The hair that I’m wearing is a free group gift from URSIDXE. But wait, haven’t we seen this hair before? Yup! I blogged it back in August. Back then it was an event gift, now it is a free group gift in the store. So if you missed it then, you definitely want to grab in now. The URSIDXE group is free to join and this free gift comes in a very fat pack including bunches of colors, styles, and sizes.

The True

Ah, a beautiful skin. I do love a fresh pretty skin. This one is from Le Voltage and it’s a free group gift, just outside of the store. The group is free to join and you’ll find some other free gifts there on the wall along with it. I’m wearing the newest one, Joyce, and it includes everything that you need – a fatpack of skintones and ears and some makeup, plus freckles which I’m wearing. It’s quite lovely.

I wanted to show off a few more of my favourites from the Spookzilla Hunt – because they’re just so pretty and definitely deserve to be featured.  Each of these prizes is just 25L (though you’ll find a few of the prizes from other designers may be under that as well).  I’m showing off the prizes from Alaskametro (how could I not!) – the gloves, stockings and bodysuit are really beautiful BOM numbers that I had to add to my collection.  I also found this lovely fatpack of hair from URSIDXE – very pretty, and they also have a few other styles to hunt for.  Finally, I added the body chain from Horl because I can’t resist anything celestial.  Head on over to the two Spookzilla sims and see what you can find – I had a blast, and I hope you will too.

I Dreamed That Love Would Never Die

You don’t mind if I squeeze in just one more FLF Bday Bash post, do you? It’s such a great event, and of course one of the best things about it is all of the 50L items! I needed time to try on and demo, and now I’m back with two amazing 50L finds from the FLF Bday Bash:

• 50L hair by URSIDXE and can I just say, how come I never had any hair from this store before the bash started? It’s so great! I showed their free FLF Bday Bash a few posts ago and immediately snatched up this deal too – 50L for a full fatpack of colors, sizes, and styles. Love the streak of pink in the one that I’m wearing!
• 50L dress by Belle Epoque which makes me feel like a princess, as Belle Epoque so often does. You can wear it with or without the sleeves and there are sizes for LaraX, Legacy, Perky, PetiteX, Reborn, and Waifu.

This event runs until September 5th so you’ve got just over another week to go grab some bargains, not to mention all of the free group gifts at each booth. Don’t miss out on this one.

I was trying to be friendly and chat up this dude sitting here in the plaza. I was looking for info about things to do here. He wasn’t friendly at all. Actually, he was kind of a stiff! I’m just walking away after that fail!

Today I am wearing this really sweet dress by Travesty. As the good little blogger that I am I had to visit the store once I learned the group was 25L to join. Join up I did and found a great stash of group gifts. There’s an entire half wall of gifts of all manner. There is no way you can go wrong by joining this group!

I’m wearing the Mandarin dress because I love this dress style. For me it just looks classy. The dress comes in the texture shown.

Hi! I’m back with a proper FLF Bday Bash post!

This isn’t the first post that you’ve seen here on this event, and I imagine that it won’t be the last. It also won’t be the first or last time you hear me ramble about how much I love the FLF events. I found so many free gifts at the FLF Bday Bash that I love but aren’t super conducive to blogging. In addition to the things that I’m crediting I’ve got on a sweet anklet from Sheba, adorable shoulder freckles from Izzie’s, and a great little tattoo on the side of my neck from Nar – all free. There is just so much good, free, stuff. Go get it all before the event ends on September 5th!

As for the free things that I am showing off from the bash today, we’ve got:
