Staying Cozy

Hey Fab Free! I hope you’re taking time to enjoy this beautiful season. Not just the Holiday sales and advents and Hunts… though I am here to talk about a couple of hunt prizes. But have you checked out some of the gorgeous winter and Christmas themed SIMS? I could have stayed all day over at Jacob’s Pond with the gently falling snow and the the whispers of wind. Oh, it makes me soooo ready for Christmas!

Even if Christmas isn’t on your mind… the colder weather might be! In the spirit of snow and wind I tracked down two cozy hunt prizes for us today. Starting with this beautiful cranberry colored coat from Loordes of London. This is the “Foehn Winds” coat and it can be yours for 1L. You don’t even need to hunt as Loordes of London simply places the hunt object on the Hunt/Event board. The coat is wonderfully made and looks so toasty warm.

Being an elf means I know how to keep these ears warm and Poeme is helping out with that. My comfy red earmuffs are the 1l prize from Poeme for The Better Not Pout Hunt. Autumn Spice

Hey FabFree! I hope this weekend is bringing you all the happy you could ask for. I’ve been riding around so gorgeous Fall Sims today just soaking in the season. And what’s Autumn without a little pumpkin spice? Though I’m riding my pumpkin spice today.

Ingamar’s beautiful Fall coat, mane and tail colors are a free gift over at the Teegle Horse Fair from Nirvana Valley. Of course the coat, mane and Tail appliers will work on any TeeglePet Horse or the Teegle Avatar. Unfortunately, The Teegle Horse Show ends TODAY!! So hurry over to grab up this beautiful pumpkin brindle coat!

On a less hurried note, my lovely sweater and scarf will be around much longer as they are the first free gift from our new Fabulously Free Designer -> Madcat Creations. I am so excited to see MCC join our team of extraordinary designers. The “Simple Sweater and Scarf” is anything but. t comes with a HUD for ten Choices for the sweater and ten for the scarf. The build is so nice with all the little details. There’s also a men’s gift that Gabe was eyeing so we might be treated to that in his next post. 😉

An Island Never Cries

I am a Rock

I am an island. I’ve built walls…..

It’s been one of those days….one of those days when I just want to be alone with my faithful pal, Ripley, and disappear from the world. I found the perfect poses for times like these. I Think it’s Time for a Ray of Sun Shine

With my downcast mood, I felt like I needed some bright colors and lighthearted flowers to brighten things up, so I donned the Aya sweater from Luziefee. Another free group gift for members of Fabulously Free in SL, this open cardigan has an adorable tie at the top to keep you modestly covered up, while it offers a tantalizing glimpse of skin below. Golden yellow black-eyed susans bring a welcome air of cheerfulness to my outfit. The texture of the white yarn is quite realistic looking, and the long sleeves come in handy to ward off the chill approaching in the deepening twilight hours.
