You’re the Key to My Heart

Well here I am again, with even more gifts from Midnight Order.  Hopefully you saw the blog posts by Juli HERE and Sky HERE, but there’s some other gifts I just adored and wanted to show you 🙂

Coffee talk

I came to The Quiet Cove Cafe for some peace and caffeine.  One of the things I need in life before I can find my peace, is comfort.  I twisted my hair up into a messy knot, put on my new leggings and got comfy.   Of course, my comfort comes free thanks to Midnight Order.  Below is a bit of what I brought home.

• Free Hairstyle by Sintiklia (with a style and pastel color hud)
• Free BOM leggings by The Muses (in a bunch of gorgeous metallic floral textures)
• Free Choker (with mouthie key) by DETENTION (the necklace Sky didn’t show you)

I wanted to do this post mostly because how could I let a free hairstyle go unblogged! 😉   Also, I got the chance to show you the lace choker that goes with the key Sky blogged above, that I’m also using.  Also everyone loves some great BOM, and the metallic textures on these pants are gorgeous.

Another benefit I find to showing multiple gifts from one event?  This dang bug in Second Life that doesn’t rez everything when you land, a lot of gifts go missed.  If you see something in a blog post you didn’t pick up, you can go back!  You will need the free Second Life Syndicate tag on to pick up the gifts.  Midnight Order is open until February 20th.

Silky

Since the coffee shop would likely kick me out if I came in topless, I found a free top over in one of the non-group lucky chairs at [QE].  The Kendra top is a silk top with an adorable knot at the bottom.  When I was there hitting the MM boards this was sitting in one of the lucky chairs screaming B! It comes sized for:

It comes with a multi color HUD so you can style it with nearly everything 😉   [QE] is a great resource for free items to supplement your wardrobe, or to help new residents on the grid.  There are 6 lucky chairs and 2 MM boards there that do not even need a group to play.

Fallen Angel

OK clearly I’m an angel, you all already know this.  I might have fallen, momentarily, but only under the weight of these incredible gifts, so many to talk about so I’ll get right to it. 😉

The order of things

We’ll start with the most obvious, the gifts I got at Midnight Order!  Juli showed you some of the gifts HERE yesterday, and I’m a good follow upper 😉 I love this dark fantasy event, and Second Life Syndicate never fails us with gifts.  I joined the free group and gathered up all these gifts and this is what I’ve got on:

• Free Wings from Jeys (in solid black or glowing embers)
• Free Choker by [KROVA] (in black, gold and silver)
• Free Mouth Key by DETENTION (with locked choker, not shown)

A few things … I didn’t realize you couldn’t see my choker in this pose, but it’s a nice metal choker with a padlock on the front.  The padlock explains the key in my mouth, right? 😉  The key also came with a locked choker, but the lace wasn’t the right vibe for this picture.  Midnight Order is open until February 20th, so plenty of time to head over and shop.  The booths are full of really creative stuff.

Next

I stopped over at Alpha, because of course I did, and I found 2 gifts in the Gabriel booth (not in the center, the one on the backside of the event center).  I think both of these items were gifts before, but always worth mentioning in case you didn’t get them then!  My pants, the Slim Pants in black were 1L in the Gabriel booth.  The group gift for the Alpha event was this nailed crown, which is totally free.  I didn’t need the Alpha group to pick up either of these when I went, score! Alpha is open until February 17th.

Last

I don’t want to forget 2 other great additions to this outfit.  First, my hairstyle, which I picked up at Modulus for only 50L for Fifty Linden Fridays.  No guarantee how long this will stay out, but they do generally stay out through the weekend.  Modulus has 2 different hairstyles on offer for this event this week, so go grab some demos and see if you like one or both.

Last, my tattoo, which is another group gift at [CAROL G].  So many benefits and gifts in this group if you use a lot of tattoos.  The group is currently 200L to join and there’s an entire wall of tattoo gifts you can bring home.
