I Will Remember You

I have been routinely checking what is going on at Free Dove… I got some inside intel that the store will remain up “about another month” until it poofs. However, I suggest you go as soon as possible because you never know when it will be formally taken down, and they have some brand new gifts out at Free Dove since I last posted about the freebie outlet. Just join the Free Dove group for free to get the gifts. I just had to share these two gifts because they are stunning…

  • E.D.D.A. has set out a brand new gift for us in their designer booth. The gift is a fancy top & plaid skirt in green, perfect for the month of March. The set fits Legacy, Reborn, Kupra, Isis, Freya and Lara.
  • Spells & Charms to Go has set out a new free gift which you can grab near the front of the store near where Tastic has the memorial tops set out, which Aline previously blogged right here. This new gift is a beautiful necklace dedicated to remembering Free Dove. The necklace comes in gold and silver and it’s a must-have for your inventory.

I am still sad to see this place go, but what a wonderful way to remember the amazing contributions Free Dove made to Second Life in the last 17 years.

The Way I Danced With You

The Way I Danced With YouToday I went and explored Black Angel. I don’t know that I’ve ever been to this store but it’s great. Go upstairs and it’s like freebies galore. Walls of free gifts for the free to join Black Angel group, lucky chairs and boards, and even more gifts for other various groups, many of which are free to join as well. Freebies as far as the eye can see. It’s a beautiful thing, kind of makes me tear up a bit at the thought.

Anyway, the thing that I’m showing you today from Black Angel is this fantastic Lara dress. Perfect for a formal occasion and still undeniably sexy, flowy and drapey (that’s a word now). Yup, this one’s a keeper. As mentioned it’s a free group gift from Black Angel, and the group is free to join.

I’m feeling a bit playful today.  It could be that I’m desperately trying to escape the monotony of the every day, or it could just be that imagined Spring fever is setting in.  I say imagined Spring, because that season won’t be landing near me any time soon.  I know I’ve probably said that a million times by now, but sigh.  One does long for cherry blossoms!

Analogic has a new group gift – this top and shorts combo.  It’s put me in the mood for Spring (as many, many things have recently).  The bubble gum colours on the top make me think of cotton candy, and you can never have too many pairs of jean shorts.  They can be worn separately, so you can play around with other items in your inventory too.  The Analogic group is 99L to join, but there are a whole bunch of other group gifts to pick up while you’re there.
