I’ve mentioned this before but I will repeat it: I LOVE dressing up for holidays here in SL. July 4th is no exception. If you’re still looking for something festive to wear head to Le’La. When you land turn to the left. Take a few steps and you will see the stairs. In front of the stairs there is a wall of dollarbie items. Check all of them out since they are almost free.
I decided to grab some ice cream while heading to some of the festivals, parades, and fireworks. My outfit is the Panem 4th of July outfit from Le’La. It’s a cute top and skirt in red, white, and blue stripes.

Well Fabbies, I chose one of the most funkalicious songs to name this post after, because the most funkalicious item in the Womanstuff Hunt is my absolute favorite! I’m so glad I decided to do this hunt. I’ve done them for years and years, I’m sure I’ve missed a few, but THIS year, THIS year’s Womanstuff Hunt is incredible!
Stuff it!
You may know the ‘Stuff’ groups, Womanstuff, Menstuff, Homestuff ….. Each one of those groups has an annual hunt. Each one of those groups is only 50L to join. The Womenstuff Hunt just started on July 1 – and will go till the end of the month, and there are 106 prizes. I can’t even math that in my head! This is a grid wide hunt. You have to go to the Womenstuff Lounge and click the poster to join the group, and then click it again to get the HUD. You do have to be in the group to get the HUD, so the hunt isn’t completely free, since the group costs 50L to join, that being said, once you’re in the group, all 106 prizes are free on the hunt.
The HUD worked really well. It will ask for your permission to TP you (say yes!). Then, you click the icon that looks like a crown, but is really a teleport circle with particles rising up. You’re now at the store you’re hunting in, and you’re looking for a red shopping bag or handbag. Need a hint? Click the ? button on the HUD and one will appear in local chat. It’s a very well done hunt HUD!

My bag has a lot of contents you can’t really see in the picture ….. it carries tulips, a loaf of bread, some fruit and wines! If you’re joining me for lunch, might I ask you to bring some cheese?
The jewelry is a complete set, including earrings, necklace and a ring for each hand. It’s has a funky little design that was perfect with my dress.
I really was delighted with the amount of designers that had clothes rigged for Lara X in this hunt, I’ve increased my wardrobe by a ton!
