Fixated

Does anyone else have a fascination with fingers moving in SL?  I guess I’m a bit old school now that I remember when our fingers and faces didn’t move at all.  In fact, our hands used to be as rigid as shovels!  Bento animations have made finger movements so much fun to watch that sometimes I get a bit mesmerized and end up staring for a while.  I have no idea if that makes me weird (I’m ok with it being weird…) but such is the way of things!  I am having a bit of magical fun with some freebies today!

Halloween Fun

I have a ridiculous amount of Halloween themed clothing in Second Life, but that never stops me from getting and wanting more!  I found this cute minidress over at MAAI.  The little ghosts are so adorbs that I couldn’t pass them up.  To get this cuteness, just join the group for FREE and click on the massive vendor on the wall.  Nothing could be easier!

You’re a Star

I mentioned the other day that Kustom9 was celebrating an anniversary and there were loads of free gifts.  I had to show you the fun star halo and hand animation from Moon Rabbit.  As I was saying, I could totally stare at this for hours… Anyway!  It’s slightly creepy and entirely free when you join the Kustom9 group for free.  You can access through the Main Sim or the Cam Sim.  It may have gotten a bit quieter now!

A spooky little girl like you

I’m excited to join the team and make my very first post in honor of my favorite holiday, Halloween.  When I was a child, I loved to trick-or-treat. I had so much fun dressing up, exploring neighborhoods and getting free candy.  So it is only natural that I love hunting down bargains and freebees.  In the spirit of the spooky season, I have some treats to share.

My first find is this pair of free Black Ghost Leggings by Technicolor Dolls (formerly Orchid Petal Designs) from the Spooktakulum hunt and come in two different styles with BOM and Omega Appliers.  This is not the only free gift in the booth.  There is also a treasure chest tucked in the back, as well as treasure chests in almost every designer’s stall.  The hunt runs from September 20th to November 20th, so you’ll have plenty of time to collect those goodies.

These cute pumpkin sunglasses are from *1* Tsutsujiya and can be found at the designer’s booth for 1L at the AkumuMatsuri Nightmare Fest 2020. The hunt doesn’t end until November 7th, so you have plenty of time to get a pair for yourself.  (If you do not feel like traveling, you can also pick up these sunglasses on the marketplace for 10L.)  I got lucky and pulled a pair of orange Batty Boop Slides by 1313 Mockingbird Lane from their gatcha at Trick or Treat Lane. I was so excited because the shoes matched the pumpkin shades perfectly and were only 50L.

To complete the outfit, I found this great skirt at Baci as part of the Gothic Star Outfit. It is one of many free group gifts and the group is only 1L to join.
