It’s Not That Spooky

I picked up a few pieces of an outfit from Boutique Mademoiselle at the Spookwood Halloween hunt. It’s one of those hunts where you have to find the objects in the hunt key by going around the parcel looking for the hunt object that is different for each store. The hunt ends on October 15th. Aline did a post about it a few days ago here.

The Hunt

You can see all of the hunt objects on Sugar Dolls’ Facebook page. The are no hints but many of the items are easily visible; some were hiding. Each hunt item costs $25L. There are also free gifts that are set to the Fashion Sales free group. The gifts look like a set of boxes tied with a ribbon.

There are a number of stores participating. After looking at the hunt gallery I decided to concentrate on Boutique Mademoiselle. There are 12 items in all. I love the look of this outfit! Unfortunately some of the items were hiding from me so I’m showing you what I did find.

What I am wearing today is the Corpse Bride dress.  The dress texture is a bit sheer but manages to strategically hide your bits. The items are sized for LaraX, Reborn, and Legacy.

It Was On Sale!!

And, because it’s a sale weekend, of course I bought more hair. This is another style from No_Match and it’s on sale till midnight for the Happy Weekend sale event. I love this messy loose updo. You can be casual or dressed up with this one. Each color pack of the No_Mess style costs of the $75L. I realize this is kind of late; stuff happens.

A Little Face Paint

The SWANK anniversary is winding down. The last chance to grab all of the free gifts by joining the free group is September 30th. My lipstick is the #6B hud from EDA for Lelutka Evox heads. It has 4 different shades of reds and a neutral shade. Pick up the gift at their booth.

The eyeshadow I am wearing (it’s hard to see) is from the fab Alaskametro store. I picked up the free tester for the Debutante lipstick. It’s a set of BOM layers for the following heads: Evox, Genus, & SLUV. There is a full layer and a 60% coverage layer.

Pose Me

Okay, so my last item is a set of poses from Pink Moon. The It’s Magic set of 10 poses with mirrors is on sale today for only $35L. I find these very nice and different from many other poses out there.

Too Cool for School

I picked up my colorful hat at OPIC for $5L. It’s part of the Hawaiian Back to Cool Lunch Box & Cap set. A matching lunchbox is included.  I didn’t show it in the pic because my avatar decided it needed to swing and fling it around. It is very cute.

Good Vibes‘ hunt item is this bright plaid colored Autumn T-dress for back to school for $0L (free). I love these pretty colors. The set includes system/BOM panties. The graphic on the front has a raccoon and says “I paused my game for this.”

Another Event & Another Gift

SWANK is celebrating its’ 11th Anniversary this round and as usual that means tons of free gifts! You will need the free-to-join group tag to scoop those up. One of those many gifties is a lipstick applier hud from the EDA booth. It is the #6B set with five various shades of lipstick in reds and pink. This is for the Lelutka EvoX heads.

Chillin’ in Boho Time

Happy hot & summery Sunday! I know it’s not really summer yet but come down to my RL town & see that it starts early. So, I was able to pick up another cute outfit to beat the heat.

Bohemian

The Lucky Board at Graffitiwear currently has this great macrame themed outfit. I was so excited when my letter came up because I really wanted this outfit, Bohemia. The top cascades into a long fringe, giving it that extra oomph. The shorts also have this knotted texture on the front and they are brief. A texture change hud with 8 neutral colors to choose from is included. It’s perfect for just about any outdoor event except a formal one. You could always wear this top with a long skirt or dressy pants.

I picked up some new earrings at Avaway while they’re on sale. The SunMoon earrings set comes with 3 different shapes: moon, star, and sun. The HUD gives you a number of options for the metal textures. These are out for the Saturday Sale and are priced at $75L.
