Have you ever had one of those days where your boots are full of water and your makeup is dripping your face? There may have been a slight altercation at the lucky boards over a certain letter L, but you should see the other “L”ady!

The very helpful and most awesome Lyric Ravenheart TPed me to La Petite Fleur yesterday afternoon and showed me that they had some scrumptious gifts in the way of freebies, and lucky boards! Thanks Lyric – It really is a fantastic find!

In the photo above, I am wearing the Mesh Skirt in Argyle Black that you can receive for free from the lucky board if your lucky letter comes up. The Layered T-Shirt is not free, but it was so cute and affordable at 30L I had to pick it up to match with this skirt! The other half of the dog is on the back!

Below you will see the Gift mesh Cardigan which is a free gift sitting out on the floor for you to take advantage of. It is mesh and comes in black, brown and grey!
The gorgeous twisted hair I have on today is a new release at Elikatira called Interrupt an the designer at Elikatira had planned on having this ready when they had their big 70% off sale, but it wasn’t ready yet, so she is offering this new release at 70% off for a few more days!

Next up is the mesh Long Sweat Outfit that includes the top and the skirt. This is also a lucky board prize. The Bat Necklace you see me wearing can be found on marketplace for free in the Alien Bear shop. Halloween may be over for this year, but bats are always cool.

The makeup tattoo that has me all kinds of rough looking today is a recent group gift in notices at MOCK Cosmetics called Monster Hospital and I wanted to mention it because in previous notices of the MOCK Cosmetic Inworld Group right now there are about 8-10 available gifts. The group is 250L to join, but there are always gifts flying in through the notices!

I found myself all alone on Halloween night. So I rummaged through my closet and and put together a tweed jacket and blue jeans that I picked up from the October group gift at GizzA. I slipped into some suede saddle shoes I found over at dirty.little.secret (not free) in their August men’s collection and headed down to the local pub. A full moon was out that night but you wouldn’t know it due to the dense fog that had rolled in shortly after sunset. The pub was packed with people throwing a Halloween party, so I slipped past everyone to the bar among yells berating me for not dressing up in a costume. I had a couple of beers and toward the end of the night I noticed one gorgeous lady leave the pub fairly early in the evening, followed closely by a couple of men who looked like they had not-so-nice intentions.

I left the bar and followed the men outside to see what they were up to. They were tailing the young woman as she entered a darkened alley (why do they always do that in the movies?) By the time I rounded the corner, they had her trapped at the end of the alley up against a wall. It was then that I looked up and noticed the moon peek through the fog and a sudden transformation came over me. I had been used to changing into a werewolf three nights a month since I was 15 y rs old so I carefully removed my clothes and folded them in a neat pile before the change was complete. I watched for a minute as they threatened her, before saying, “Nice night for a walk, eh fellas?” When they turned and saw me, they ran off into the night, all thoughts of harassing the young lady fleeing from their minds. Judging from the scent they left behind, I think one of them may have actually wet his pants. The young lady had feinted, probably in relief of the two thugs having run away, so I picked her up and carried her back to the pub doorway.

I then returned to retrieve my clothes and change back to my human self. By the time I got back to the pub the young woman was awake. I made sure she was alright and then asked her why she would go down a dark alley late at night. She replied, “I saw it in a movie once.”
