Oh Em Goodness, I am so completely obsessed – with this outfit, with this event, with how my photo came out – all of it. Obsessed.
Bleeding
I finally got all of my Bleeding Solstice gifts opened and tried on. It was a bit intimidating because you will come away with a LOT of free gifts from this event, but don’t let that deter you. If you’re into any version of the alt side of SL, this event is for you. Or if you like mountains of high quality freebies, this event is for you. Really, this event is for you. I kind of wanted to wear all of the gifts together because so many of them compliment each other really well, however I tried to rein things in so that you’d be able to see the specific things that I’m talking about. Free gifts from the Bleeding Solstice event that I’m wearing today are:
- Free blood splatters from CN, in a bunch of separate BOM layers in case you’re going for that subtle bloody vibe, and including some bits for the mouth and forehead that I’m not showing
- Free sword from Dark Agony that is so awesome and animated
- Free dress from Bemused in sizes for GenX, LaraX, Reborn, and GenX Curvy with the most amazingly cinched waist
- Free shoes from Reign sized for Belleza GenX, Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn in an enormous fatpack of colors
I figure, if you’re going to fight evil, which clearing I am, why not look sexy while doing it.
The Bleeding Solstice event has been going on for a couple of weeks now so you’ve probably seen the posts here that Beachy and Sky did on it. In fact, Sky is wearing the part of the SN set that I’m not, so be sure to check it out in his post here. As for the Bleeding Solstice event, it shuts down on July 7th. No group is required to collect the free gifts.
