FabFree Gifts and Updates

Hi, remember me? I have pretty much retired from Second Life at this point. I am have been working on changing over all projects to have other people in charge.

First and most importantly, Renee Lowenhart is the boss for FabFree blog and the update group. Listen to what she has to say because she is filled with great wisdom.

Second, the FabFree HQ is going to be slightly separate from the update group. I have asked 2 designers, Laynie Linkk and Teagan Blackthorne, to take over the running of the HQ. They recently opened their own newbie store, Nooby Doo’s, so I know that they have new players and great deals in their hearts and with their designer contacts might be able to bring in new product. It also helps that I have met Laynie in the real world and know that she is a good person.

I will be around off and on but mostly to give out gifts.

On to the good stuff: GuRL 6 has out their cute Jinglebelle hair again this year. It is located inside the store to the center as you come in the entrance. It is where the flooring is black with all the new releases and sale items.  Be sure to head to the left afterward and pick up any hair that you missed out on in the freebie/$1L area.   There are 12 styles located there.

I have made several goodies for the FabFree group. A Give Thanks gift box has gone out that contains tees, shoes, purses, jewelry, silks, and jeans for the holiday.  Do a search in groups for the group called Fabulously Free in SL. (When I do a group search I use the phrase fabfree and it is the top choice). Join this group. It is free to join. Go to the Notices. Sort the Notices by date. Go to the one dated 11/27/2008 with the subject Important FabFree Updates & Gifts. (You might want to grab anything else in the archives.) You are now the proud owner of a box that contains Thanksgiving gifts from Fabulously Free in SL. Find a place that allow build. Unpack your box. This item is only going to be available as long as it is in the notice archives or until I makes some ads at put it at the HQ. So hurry!

I Bet Over 42 Neko Girls with Sin & Secret will LOKE these Caged Kittens!

Do you wear tattoos?  Always looking for a nice looking free tat?  Well, look no further… 42 has an amazing upper body Foliage Swirls Tattoo for free this week.   This tattoo would look great on both women and men!  I normally don’t wear tats but this is a really nice one and I really LOKE it.  (BTW, I’m not misspelling love or like, it is just a message to someone very special XD !)

I was also surprised to find the free skins in the subscribe-o-matic at 42!  There are five free skin tones.  The dark, medium, neutral, pale, and tan skins are all very beautiful.

Belleza also gave out a great gift in the group today.  I stay in this group in hopes of winning one of the weekly gift cards, but receiving this Thanksgiving skin gift was a big surprise!  Join the group and check the notices for this gift.  Also, add the store to your picks to be eligible for one of the huge gift cards that is given away frequently!

At Elle, group members can buy this red sequined Cheeky Dress for free!  This dress is perfect for any party.  Plus, the single strap gives it a very sultry look.

After putting on the Foliage Swirls Tattoo from 42, I knew it would look great with the black corset belted dress and gloves from Sin & Secrets.  The dress is one of two outfits in the lucky chair.  The other outfit is the black button down sheer blouse and black belted skirt.  Both of the outfits are beautiful and very seductive… everything you’d expect from Sin & Secrets!  While you are in the store be sure to grab the dollarbie gifts in every corner, because I think that I read a notice that those might not be there much longer!

The store I got these neko ears from has disappeared, but these amazing shoes are from the lucky chair at She’s So Unusual Shoes!  These platforms are the best and are adorable.  If you’ve ever felt like a caged kitten then these platform shoes are a must have!  The little gray kitten sits patiently on a newspaper.  Don’t feel bad for the kitten… it has water, food, and a little catnip fishy, but just like all caged kittens she wonders what is on the other side of her walls.  There is also a pair of newspaper pumps in the lucky chair, but this caged kitten deserved a post of it’s own!

Miss Santa Says Naughty Girls Stay in Trubble, Chez Gabrielle, & ZIBWARE

When I saw a notice about ZIBWARE‘s free Kayla outfit I knew I had to have it!  It is a black sexy satin babydoll dress.  I love the fact that if you take off the skirt part you are left with either a sexy bodysuit or swimsuit.  This little black dress can be worn out or one on one with your significant other.  It quickly found a spot amongst my lingerie, but I definitely think it would be beautiful for other situations.  The Kayla black babydoll is located on the freebies table in the middle of the main floor.

After you grab the black babydoll dress head downstairs towards the lucky chair area.  I wasn’t lucky enough to win any of the prizes stuffed inside these chairs, but on a table by the side of these chairs there are four more free gifts from ZIBWARE.  There is an adorable pink dotted Lolly bikini.  I know it might be cold outside, but don’t cancel out a soak in a cozy jacuzzi. The brown Dawnie tank and skirt will help you forget how cold it might be.  I felt so sexy in the Sadie diamond lined black leather bra top and pants.   I loved loved loved the purple Sofie babydoll dress.  This dress comes with two different top versions and a short and longer skirt.  This is another little dress that is seductive yet classy.

Time to sort the inventory?  Why not camp out at Chez Gabrielle for 30 minutes and get one of three outfits?  You could get the tan colored Jojo dress, the black and white polka Dots dress, or the Leopard print dress.  All of these dresses are beautiful and have a great texture.  The Jojo dress comes with the matching shoes.

If you are still looking for a sexy holiday outfit grab the Miss Santa 2008 outfit from Trubble.  This tiny dress and Santa hat are only 1L.  I felt a bit like Betty Boop with this dress on.  Oh and I forgot to pick these up, but there are dollarbie Christmas Tree earrings at Chez Gabrielle.

All of the other shoes that I am wearing are from Shoe Fly Shoes.  These shoes are all free in the store in one way or another.  The white Moody boots are in the freebie ring.  The gorgeous black Mid Calf Walking boots are in the premium lucky chair.  The beachy texture changing wedges are the group shoe for this month.  These wedges have the option to change the beads, wedge base, or the upper texture.  You only have a few more days to grab all of these shoes so hurry!

The brat hair is a dollarbie from Diversity Hair.  This style has been in my closet for a while, but haven’t worn this hair much.  I’m so glad I put it on though because it is simply adorable!

If you really want to jump start into the holiday season, head over to Sugar Mill Poses and grab the festive Antlers w/ Multicolor Flashing Lights.  These blinking antlers will will surely get everyone around you in the Christmas spirit!

Skinsss and Blacklace-lingerie!

So I received a note from Alphmale & Blacklace to get some free boots for the launch of their new skin line… and headed off to the store… when I got there… I forgot all about the shoess and bought myself all the giftbags they had! Some amazing lingerie… for those cozy days inside 😉

 

These are some of the lingerie-sets in the giftbags at Blacklace (I found 3 giftbags). There are some see-through bra’s and panties in there for when u feel really steamy hot!

Tea Lane has a new skin in their lucky chair which comes in different skin-tones! Also a bag of goodies for Thanksgiving for 1L. Shown above are the skins from the lucky chair. I’m having a huge fight with SL right now… as it doesn’t want me to put on the clothes in the Thanksgiving giftbag (anyway…. it’s a turtleneck and skirt.. and outfit… as i can read from the description)
