Ombre my hombre!

“Drea, aren’t you colorful” was pretty much what I heard when I slid into this colorful orange, pink, and yellow She Did That Ombre fit from Lush by Coco, and ladies there is not a thing wrong with being colorful. We’re in May, and summer is just around the corner! So it’s time to shine just as bright as the sun, and let the colors splash onto the scene. All of your are fashionistas, and deserve to break necks the minute you walk into a room. This outfit right here makes a bold statement, from the mix of its colors down to the cuffs, while enhancing your curves!

To top off the look, I snagged this beautiful Joi Remy Essentials hair style from Iconic, which is available as a group gift. I love the wild curls and if you touch the headband, you can change the designs. If you’re a curly hair diva, or wanting to try a new look, make your way on over to Iconic now! Dangerously Lethal

When I think about the word lethal, I think edgy, risky, exciting, and ready to go against the grain to stand out. Ladies, I think you are all lethal enough to pull off these group gifts from Lethal. The other day I was at the store with my mother, and while she was buying up the place, I came across their section of group gifts. The outfit above is a mixture of two group gifts, called LC Chain Legging & Suspender and LC Distress Booties . The outfit itself leaves little to the imagination, but you can choose to add a crop top. We all know some people aren’t prepared for all your sexiness. The shoes are an older group gift that is still available. I talked about these booties last year around Halloween, and mentioned how much I loved them. I still love these shoes and wear them from time to time in post, because they just about go with everything.

The other gift they have available are these gold leggings, which I paired with their not free over-sized denim jacket. I must say, I love gold… seriously.. gold is my favorite metal/color. Therefore, I will wear these legging until they bust at the seams!

I Assume its Masoom

From time to time I like posting a Marketplace (MP) outfit for the shopaholics who can’t make it inworld just yet. So I fire up my filters, and try to find the relatively new freebies on MP, and look what I found! [[Masoom]]’s Pia Dress, which is a dollarbie! If it doesn’t feel like spring yet, this dress will make the flowers bloom. I love the vibrant colors and the mesh sizes run a little bigger than normal, which I love even more. We all know I’m a curvy chica, and as much as I don’t mind popping on multiple alpha spandex when I have to, I also like the ability to slide on a dress with ease. So after putting on the dress, I snuck into my mother’s garden and snapped a picture. Perhaps I should stop teasing her about her overly decorated yards.

Any who the turquoise Farah Stilettos I matched the dress with, are group gifts from Felicity shoes. Speaking of their group gifts, I have something to tell you. Lean in closer… closer.. ok not that close…. 14. I know, I know, 14 what? 14 FREE SHOES when you join the group for $30L. Yes ladies, you read that correctly… 14 shoes. Indulging in JAVA & VG Shoes

Look at me in my pinup style pose in the club like I own the place! Well let me hurry up and tell you how I got the look before the real owner finds me here. The shoes I am wearing is a group gift from VG shoes store called, Play. They have a gorgeous creamy gold color that almost compliments any other color outfit you might wear. In fact, when I was preparing for this post, I put the shoes on first and then went through my inventory trying on different outfits until I found a complimenting match.

Then an idea hit me like a bag of shoes, JAVA Fashion Designs has a Paisley Girl Joan Mini Dress that would go perfect! So I went scrambling into my inventory, and slipped it on, confirming that the two items went together like peanut butter and jelly. Oh, and let me tell you something about JAVA. If you join the group, which is $75L fee, the designer Simone Udimo sends out at least 2-3 outfits a week. The store has a variety of non-mesh and mesh outfits at very very, did I say very, reasonable prices. The dress I have on was sent out in a group notice, and just in case its not in the notice anymore, you can find it in store for $25L.

I also want to give a thank you to Purple Moon for sending out these beautiful diamond Diva Earrings in honor of Women’s Day. Definitely added the cherry on top of the sundae for this outfit.

I’m a Fashion Whore

I’m baaaaacccckkkkk! (Waves feverishly at everyone) I know its been a while since my last post, please forgive me. The urge to start posting again has been running across my mind and the Whore Couture Fairbrought the inner fashion whore out of me. *Swoons at my inventory full of delicious goodies* The designers at this fair DELIVERED, there were so many items just giving me LIFE! This is probably the most times I have ever heard the cash register sound, back to back to back. I was going HAM! So in between all that paying and buying I did uncover some freebies, to go along with the not so free items… all of which is worth it though. The image of above is a prime example, I’m wearing the Pure Poison Studded body suit with free boots that come with the free Delirium Style Medusa Outfit below.
The Delirium Style Medusa gift comes with the sweater, panties, tie, stockings, boots, bracelets, and facial piercing. It has a dark edge to it that means trouble, and with the panties being that low, we know what kind of trouble that is.

Here is a closer look at the nose piercing, chin plug, and bracelets.

Now to the opposite end of the style spectrum from Delirium to these girly girl [TaraShoes] Empire Charlotte green pumps! As I was approaching [TaraShoes]’s store, I heard the good and bad angels on my shoulders debating. Telling me not to go into the shoe store… and then like a beacon of light, I seen the word “gift”. I snagged these shoes, and paired them with this sensual Siren Faddism dress.

Of course these are not the only items I picked up from the fair, there are so much more, but I wanted to hop on here and share some of the looks with all of you. Just a quick tip, if you haven’t visited the fair, I recommend wearing a full body alpha and no attachments or huds. The free Whore Couture group has a full body alpha layer in their notices, just in case you do not have one. I also recommend you cam around, you can do so by holding down the “Alt” button and using your mouse to zoom in to items and navigate without actually moving. There are a lot of store and people are flocking, so there is some lag, but hopefully these tips help. Trust me the items at this two sim fair is worth battling the lag. Additionally the landmark I have set for the Whore Couture Fair will land you in or near the Delirium Style store.

I Got A Tune-up at VC~Body~Shop

Beneath every great skin is an awesome shape, and I got this one from VC~Body~Shop! It sets the foundation to you look, and makes you stand out. A long time ago I had an argument with someone for 30 minutes, trying to prove that it wasn’t the skin they had an issue with, it was the shape. He, key operative word here, was like no its the skin there is something off about the features on the face… in asking for more details, he basically was having an issue with the shape. Yes, skin does matter, because the shape and skin compliment each other. The same skin would look different on different shapes, and we all know that the attention paid to the facial features are the most important. When someone cams on to you, they first zoom into your face then make their way down. The only time that doesn’t happen is if it a woman and she noticed that you are wearing some extremely stylish shoes. Then she doesn’t care about what you look like, she just wants to know where you got the shoes.

Now many of you have message me to ask about the origins of my curvaliscous shape that I roam around with, and now I have answers. You can take a trip on over to VC-Body-Shop, and check out the new shapes there and pick up this promotional Jamilla shape for 10L, and that price wont stay that way for long. I definitely love the attention paid to the facial features on this shape, especially the nose. I may have a problem, I pay close attention to noses…perhaps I’m the only one that zoom into faces. (Sits for a minute and ponders my sanity)

Anywho, this is definitely worth the trip on over and if you have a friend that is new to sl and might be facing some appearance challenges point them on over to VC~Body~Shop too.
