I was talking to one of my friends who lives on another continent.  She was telling  me about how the snowdrops are pushing their heads through the snow – a sure sign that winter was relenting.  Unfortunately, winter has a tendency to not relent in my part of the world.  We Canadians get used to having Winter last until at least April…so let’s bundle up!
