Missing the Boneflower

Unusual name with some unusual freebies is the only way to describe Boneflower Designs. There is an amazing collection of freebies right inside the main entrance to the left. The Missing Image collection is several freebies that are based around the missing image theme. In five boxes there are two skins, one male and one female, eyes, and 2 set of clothing, one female and one unisex. The only thing missing is hair and shoes. So this Halloween go as something different go as Missing Image Girl/Guy. Other freebies include a cat statue and an assortment of pirate eye patches.

The skins are are not some system skin with missing printed all over them but highly detailed skin with great care given to the highlights and shadings in the monochromatic color scheme. These skins show the ability of the designer to create skins in their own right.

The clothing boxes each have well designs apparel with good seams and textures. The unisex pack contains 3 shirts and a pair of sweats while the female pack contains 2 pairs of panties on 2 different layers and 2 camisole tops. The eyes fit the entire ensemble perfectly with the word missing printed across the iris.

Consolidate My Fashion, Please

This blog is not about a shop but another a group in Second Life. The group is called Fashion Consolidated. If you are not a member of this group, it is a must have. If you have reached your 25 max, then drop one and pick this one up. This group is an amazing array of announcements from designers that sometimes include freebies or tips about freebies. You will also receive many demos for items you might be interested in buying as well. You cannot afford not to have this on your group list and it saves you from joining every designer group out there.

Go to the Notices. Go to the any of the notices with a box attachment. Click Open Attachment. Do this for each box. You are now the proud owner of boxes that contain goodies from popular designers all over Second Life. Be sure to grab them all before they expire. So hurry!

The Rules:
There is no chatter allowed on the group IMs unless it is related to a notice that just went out from a designer. All other idle chatter will not be tolerated in this group. They are really die hard about this. Some group members will even tell you off for chatting about a release notice you just got out of habit. If you want to chat fashion then you need to join the sister group called Fashion Consolidate Cafe.

Warning:
You will get a lot of notices from this so if you do not like little pop ups in Second Life than this group is not for you. Having said that, the amount of freebies and tips that you get in this group is well worth the notice spam you receive. You will be sent the Oops message.
