Hello again, FabFree! I am back with more gifts and goodies to show you, and I am so happy that I have been able to hole up and get more posts out in the last few days. I am in a blogger’s happy place at the keyboard this week as I head into Spring Break.

Some of the makeup I put on today gives my avatar’s appearance a bit of a doll-like appearance. I love the “Big Eyes” look it creates. It reminds me of the doll-like figures in paintings by the American artist Margaret Keane.

Catching Up With Pout!

When I took such a long break away from blogging, I missed showing you all some gifts at Pout! which I routinely enjoy blogging. As you know, I love to blog Lelutka EvoX makeup products and they have come out with a number of awesome gifts this year that I need to show you. All of the group gifts at Pout! are free when you join their free group.

I am wearing the following Pout! group gifts:

• Agatha Eyeshadow & Blush– this was a gift that came out last February. It includes a BOM makeup pack designed for Lelutka EvoX heads. The blush, cheek heart tattoo, and eyeshadows are all separate layers that you can mix and match. That’s one of the amazing qualities of Pout!’s products- you can customize it how you want. If you don’t want to wear the heart, it is super easy to remove from other parts of the set. The eye shadows are striking on this one and look a bit like a doll. It’s a great gift!
• Halloween Lipsticks Matte & Glossy – this was a group gift that came out around Halloween 2022, but I didn’t get around to blogging it until now. The lipstick is fantastic! This item comes in an HD applier for Lelutka EvoX heads. The lipstick comes in several bright colours- orange, red, green and black- in matte or glossy options. I am wearing the glossy version of the red and it is oh-so-shiny. What an amazing free gift!

As these gifts are so versatile, they can definitely be used in outfits that aren’t themed around a holiday. So, customize and use them all year!

Back to TRUTH

It has been a while since I blogged one of the TRUTH group gifts. This is an older past gift as well, but I rejoiced when TRUTH made all of their past group gifts free for group members last fall. For many years, it cost a lot of money to buy these past VIP fatpacks, and I did spend a lot of money on many of them over time. I am just happy that they are gifts now for everyone who is a member of the group.

The style I am wearing today is called “Tinsley” and you can style it in many different ways. I opted for the updo look today, but it also has options for the hair to flow over your shoulders in different ways. The fatpack includes many hairstyle options you can change via a style HUD, as well as many colour HUDs in different packs (reds, blondes, selection, jewels, pastels, etc.)

Ninety on the Marketplace

Lastly, I have a cool dollarbie from the Marketplace to share. A store called Ninety has a tonne of dollarbies available on their Marketplace store. I am wearing a crystal necklace from them which only costs 1L on the Marketplace. The necklace includes a HUD to change the colour and style of the crystals. I used to have a crystal necklace just like this in RL, so I love this!

Touches of Red

Hey FabFree! I have a quick post this morning for you all. I have found some lovely makeup for Lelutka EvoX head users to wear. These items added the few quick touches of red to my look that I was looking for.

I have been greatly enjoying shopping on the Second Life Marketplace lately, and I have a couple of more dollarbies from there to share with you today:

• Misunderstood has a set of pretty eyeshadow out for only 1L on the Marketplace. These come in BOM layers in 4 vibrant colours.

FabFree’s Pumpkin Problem

In the last two-and-a-half years that I have served as a FabFree blogger, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know some absolutely amazing people! Today, I am talking about the FabFree team – and to me that includes all the great bloggers who have passed through the blog over the years. We (the FabFree bloggers) had the funniest inside joke last year about pumpkins. You see, when fall creeps around the corner there are ALOT of pumpkins to get all over the grid for free for about two months. Of course, we must show them to you! As a joke, we would say to each other: “No more pumpkins!!”, because the bloggers had shown off a copious amount of them last fall. It was hilarious to us!  But, the thing is… I never get tired of pumpkins! I love pumpkin soup, pie, bread, and lattes. Most of all, I LOVE to decorate my spaces in my Second Life with fall pumpkins and carved Halloween pumpkins! It’s still such a funny story though, and I wanted to let you in on one of the FabFree bloggers’ inside jokes. Do you think we can top the number of free pumpkins we showed last year on the blog? A Free Pumpkin

And so the free pumpkin season begins! I have a free pumpkin for you! The freebie pumpkin is the one I am holding in both of my photos today. It’s a holdable item and it can also be rezzed. You can see the rezzed version of it on the left side of my photo at the top. This pumpkin is a free gift from -Extra- at the Fall Festival at Malus Park. No group is needed to get it! This event closes on October 1st.

An Autumn Hair Trivia Hunt

Now head over to the Autumn is Coming Event to grab the hairstyle I am showing in my post today. This hair comes from the Treasure Trivia Hunt run by Alli&Ali Designs taking place at Autumn is Coming until September 26th. This style is called “Ava” and it includes a HUD of autumn colors and styling options that lets you make the hair go over your shoulder, behind your back, or blow in the wind. You can see how I wore two of the four styles in my looks above and below! To get the treasure hunt items, first you must find all of the treasure chests hidden around the sim. When you click the ones that are on the treasure hunt, it will ask you a trivia question. When you get the answer right, the chest send you a free hair made by Alli&Ali Designs. In total, there are 17 hairstyles to collect from the Trivia Treasure hunt, which all come with an autumn colours hair colour hud. There are both female and male hairstyles on this hunt. The 18th prize on the treasure trivia hunt is some leaves decor. All of the free hair from Alli&Ali Designs comes from the treasure chests that pop up those trivia questions! For the trivia lovers out there, this is a fun little hunt!

As you walk around the Autumn is Coming Event, you will notice that many of the treasure chests simply send you the items for free, as these are the main event gifts from the other designers. Make sure you read Aline’s post here which shows some of the free gifts you can get from this fun pre-Autumn event!

A Snarky Top

Lastly, the cute top I am wearing is 10L at the Spoonful of Sugar Festival right here. This one is made by ZFG, one of SL’s wittiest creators. It’s very sarcastic. Read what the shirt says in my photo above, it’s funny. You will find this 10L prize in the coconut sugar bowl with the toucan on it. 100% of the proceeds of this item goes to Doctors Without Borders, and everything at the Spoonful of Sugar Festival is available from September 3rd-September 18th. Hunting with Procrastination

Good afternoon, FabFree! I found the perfect hunt for the procrastinators out there, because it lasts not only a month… but 80 whole days! It’s been going on for a while already and there’s still time to catch up on it. I’m talking about the Around The Grid in 80 Days Hunt, run by Fun With Hunts. This hunt is perfect for me because I am always behind schedule and running late to events and hunts. I’m guessing some of you may be able to relate to the procrastination life!

I am wearing the following prizes from the hunt, and each prize costs only 1L.

• The fantastic top is the prize from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. Written on it is the saying, “I Love You To the Moon & Back”. I thought it was so cute. This is one of my favourite sayings because I think of a few special people in my life I love the most when I hear it. • The adorable shorts are the 1L prize from ZFG, which is one of my favourite stores of all time. They are very comfy and what a great deal for only 1L! The shorts fit Erika, Freya, Kupra, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya and Reborn.
• Lastly, the ridiculously cute boots are the prize from Poeme Couture. They come in brown with a fun retro pattern on them. They are so well made and the texture is fab as always with this creative designer. These are resizable boots that you can adjust to fit any feet!

Be a Nerdy Girl!

I love when I get an inworld notice about a good sale.  When I got the Nerdy Giril notice, I was totally stoked!  They have an amazing sale going going on over at their Marketplace store for 1L fat packs.  The choices!!!  I settled on a cute outfit to wear to the gym to practice yoga. Each piece was a sweet 1L and came with a spectacular HUD!  Y\

The Chilled Grinch
