The World Tour Hunt

Perhaps more than ever, we need a hunt where we can explore and tour the world. Goodness knows how much travel is banned at the moment in the real world. Let’s go back to days when we could just jump on a plane and fly to anywhere our hearts desire! The World Tour hunt ends on April 20th, and you can find all the information and different paths for the hunt on the Kastle & Co events website.

Around the World

I am dreaming of travel. Getting on a plane and taking off for some wonderful distant land. Airline tickets are pretty cheap now… Oh well. A girl can dream. And besides the World Tour 2020 Hunt will take me ALLLL around the world and all over the Grid.

Sometimes just a simple dress and heels are perfect. That’s where Auradacious steps in. This is the Berber Dress and heels and you can pick them up for just a little hunting and 3 tiny Lindens. Going on Tour

It seemed fitting that since I was on the trail of the world tour hunt that I should visit the Eiffel Tower. I took a picture in front of it with a few of my choice gifts from the hunt. I outfitted myself from hair to shoes for just 6L in World style and you can too… then take a tour of the Tower yourself!

The Hair.

My hair is a free style from Firelight! as part of the World Tour Hunt. Like all the gifts it is just 2L to pick up. It only comes in the brown shade shown, but you do get both a regular version plus a busty version of these luscious locks!

Styling.

My stylish Dress is part of the World Tour Hunt as well and is from Meander. You also get the hat, which I edited to fit in my hand, but you can wear on your head. Again, it is just 2L and a little hunting time for the globe.

Hey there Fabulouses!  Have you checked out the World Tour Hunt which is organized by Kastlerock Events? This 2L hunt celebrates the 7 continents and offers 7 different hunt paths and runs until May 27th.  You can find hints, and example of the hunt icon (a globe) and slurls on their website.

Siss Boom is on the Europe Path and their prize is the Cafe Paree Dress as shown on my avatar.  This adorable lace trimmed spring dress comes in the several mesh sizes listed below and includes a sweet little beret (not worn today).

Kastle Rock Couture World Tour 2014 Gridwide Hunt

Last night I was running around the grid trying to check, double check and do a triple check on all the places listed in our ’30’ days list for new residents in SL.  It had been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng day…my eyes were blurry and my head was getting fuzzy from all that crosschecking of information.  About half way through my tasks, I tp’d into Kastle Rock Couture to verify their information.  While camming around…looking for their Freebies for Newbies HUD…something caught my eye!  There was a big display for the Kastle Rock World Tour 2014 Gridwide Hunt.  At first, I thought I was just too tired to go on another hunt and I was ready to just file it away, in my brain, to explore it further today…BUT, in the Hunt display was a giant photo of a man and woman in the most comfy looking bathrobes I’d seen in a long time.  Now, perhaps it was because I was tired, or perhaps it was the Giraffe print trim, but I was HOOKED!  I HAD to have that FREE bathrobe!  So I grabbed the World Tour HUD and found the hint for the robe…it didn’t take long…thankfully KRC makes it easy to find their wonderful goodies.

I LOVE this plush, comfy, FREE Girafrika robe so much, I decided to wear it ALL day and treat myself to a little “me” time.  The folder contains a his and hers robe…however, they are not transferable.  So if you want one for your sweetheart, just take them with you so they can grab one for themselves!  Besides, hunts are more fun with friends and sweethearts. ❤ The World Tour 2014 Gridwide Hunt dates are 2/21-3/31.  You can find more information about it on the SL Hunts page .  I haven’t ventured out to check out more Hunt items yet…but when I do…I will be happy to share them with you.
