Spring is coming my darlings!  It really, truly is!  I cannot emphasize how *glad* I am that warm weather is beginning to creep in on us.  With the Ides of March past and St Patty celebrations happening everywhere, even the fashions are shouting spring!  (if er, clothing could talk, that is!) (perhaps its best clothing can not talk… o.0)

I found this stunning little dress at the TWE12VE Event, it is a 12L item from Emerald Couture, who blesses us with lovely creations in every season.  I knew I needed this dress the moment I saw it.  And for 12L, well as I like to say, you sure can’t beat that with a stick! Flower Shower!

I love me a good fashion event in SL.  I love them more when gifts or dollarbies are a part of it!!!  The TWE12VE Event is one of my favorite.  Great designers and really nice 12L dollarbies & even a freebie!!!  I picked up this adorable “Lucky” dress from Shanti just in time for St. Patty’s Day (free gift, no group required), and these adorable Origami earrings from LooLoo & The Platypus to match.  The earrings come in gold, silver, and variations of color with those metals.  For 12L, you can’t go wrong! Twe12ve is running until March 31st.

 

This outfit, partnered with the cute Le Poppycock Pose, “Versions of April: Fragrance Fling” that I got off their amazing Next Up machines on a 75L pull, puts me in a Spring mood!

Good afternoon, Fabulous Readers. As you read in Juli’s last post, she sent me over to the TWE12VE Event to pick up the free men’s gifts there. When I found these lounge pants and tee shirt from LooLoo & Platypus I knew they’d be perfect for relaxing around the house with a game. I have to admit… I’m a gamer. Strange Magic

Hello and Happy Tuesday, Fab Readers! Okay… what happened to my Fall? It’s hotter than blazes here now and I’m all uncomfortable and cranky. Even as the trees are starting to turn beautiful nd the nights are getting cooler the temps are toooo hot. **whining pathetically** I guess I need to hide out on the Grid. Where the hottest thing is… me!! (( LOL ))

Inflated ego aside… this new dress from Indigenous has me feeling like a hottie. This is the “LBD dress” and it’s the free gift over at the newly opened TWE12VE Event. If you hadn’t heard, this is the TWE12VE Event’s birthday so they are celebrating with gifts for us! I even dragged Gabe over ad he has a great men’s gift to show you later this week. Now, I’m loving the details on the “LBD dress”. Look at the little bows on the thighs… super cute. I think this is prefect addition to my own LBD Collection.

It probably is not a good idea to ask a witch if she can turn someone into a frog. She just might show you. It is however a good idea to ask me about the 12 linden gifts by Firelight and Nerdy Girl at the current round of Twe12ve. Most, if not all of the participating shops have a 12-linden item along with their event items and exclusives. I picked up the hair gift by Firelight and the clothing gift by Nerdy Girl. Firelight

I really like this high ponytail hairstyle by Firelight. The long wispy bangs make me think of Bridget Bardot and that is never a bad thing. This hairstyle is the Firelight 12 linden gift at Twe12ve. I’ve been out gathering the last blooms before fall really sets in. We’ve had a few warm days and some of the flowers still are blooming. The cold nights will soon be frosting over the last of the buds though.

Queen Bee

Since I’m picking all these flowers, I have decided that I’m queen bee for the day, as stated by my most excellent tattoo. This was another TWE12VE event gift. I picked this gift up for 12L at the Lush booth. Inside the box was the cute omega applier tattoo pictured above!

A special gift

NSP Florals and [MUSE] sent out their September gift via group notices with a special announcement that their main-store would be temporarily closed due to an SL glitch (it will reopen as soon as possible). In the meantime you can get the current group gift in the notices (but hurry, notices only stay active for two weeks and it’s already been a few days).
