Well hello all you Fab readers! I’m back! Did you miss me? I sure missed you. RL took me away for far longer than anticipated, but I couldn’t stay away, even if RL has only let up a little bit. So, for the time being, I will be posting every Thursday, and I couldn’t be more excited to get back into the swing of things.
Now, it was lucky for me that the day I came back to FabFree was the day Pure Poison sent out a notice about having a new group gift gacha out! The gorgeous Daya pumps, that I am showing off in Brown, are available in 6 colours, with a rare animal print pattern as well. I’m sure all you loyal readers know how their gacha group gifts work, but for any new readers, or those that just aren’t familiar, let me explain. Head over to the store, and put on your Pure Poison group tag, which is free to join, and hit the blue gacha machine with the group gift sign on it. You get 1 free play for being a group member. Now, if you are not a group member, or did not get the colour you wanted from the group machine, despair not, because right beside the blue gacha is a green gacha that is L$50 per play for everyone. Everybody wins this way…and I love it! I happen to be wearing the SLink rigged version, but you also get an unrigged SLink pair, and a pair for Maitreya feet.
The other goodie I have to show off, is from one of my favourite stores, Alaskametro. Every month, there is a new Facebook giftie available, and while May is almost up, you still have a little bit of time to grab the May gift. In this month’s gift, you receive a whole lot of peachy goodness! There are makeup and polish huds for most head and body types you can think of, as well as tattoo layers for the makeup. The polish comes with 2 choices, a solid peach, and a polka-dotted peach, which I’m able to show you both on one hand now that I’ve updated my SLink hands which allow selecting individual nails for different colours!!! (What a great update to come back to SL to!) There are 2 lipsticks, 2 eyeshadow, and 2 blushes, all in the peach shade family. It will take you to a page which will give you a password, then head on over to the main store, stand near the gift poster, and on channel 33, say the password in chat. Example: /33 ‘password’, where ‘password’ is replaced with the actual password. Make sure you type it exactly as you saw it on the page, capital letters and all.
