The weekend is here, and I for one am ready for a bit of a cozy curl up.  The weather outside is frightful, but inside it’s so delightful!  And other such Christmassy sentiments!

Holiday Hunt

Roslyn is hosting a little hunt for their group members with a few sweet little Christmas and winter themed items.  The group is 250L to join, but you’ll also find a wall with loads of group gifts.  I picked up the bodysuit, super cute beret and phone by searching for the little cardboard boxes on the sim.  Note that they’re all found outside the store not inside, which I discovered after a swathe of time looking fruitlessly indoors! I’m back in bold and brights, and I’m in full-on celebration mode!  It’s time to dive into…GASP!  SL19B!

Early Access!

Ok, so it doesn’t actually start until tomorrow, but you can get into the ENORMOUS SL19B early if you join their free group.  You may want to nip in before the crowds get thickety thick!  This year, it’s bigger than ever with 20 whole regions filled to the seams with gorgeous gifts and awesome discounts.  To start off, here’s what I loved on my spin around the place:

All We Need is Peace

Happy Friday everyone!  I’m glad it’s the weekend, but I’m sparing a thought for our friends in Ukraine.  One of my favourite designers, Osmia, has been away during this tumultuous time, but managed to get back inworld this week to put out a new release… and wouldn’t you know it, she also put out a gift.  The generosity of SL designers often blows me away, but this one kinda really hit me… taking the time to put out a gift while you’re in a precarious situation?  I mean… blimey.

Dinner for Two

I’m back and blushing, my dear FabFree readers!  It’s one of those days where I feel like romance is indeed not dead.  One of those days where I’m reveling in sweet words, kind gestures and whispered promises.  You can’t really beat that with a stick, unless you’re adding some freebies and even a romantic dinner for two.

Sticky Sweet Heat

It’s hot out today where I am – the kind of sticky hot that makes you uncomfortable in pretty much anything you wear.  Luckily, Ms. Aline Passiflora is the unflappable type who can get away with doing insane things like wearing patent leather and latex in 35 degree (Celcius people…Celsius) weather, while nonchalantly holding a handful of sticky candy that by some miracle has not dissolved into an unfortunate goo in her palm.  What can I say, she’s a pretty cool customer…. ahem.

I won’t go on another rant about how much I love lavender, but I’m really having to bite my tongue right now!  The fields!  The bouquet!  The dress!  Oooh, it’s all proving too much for my sensitive little heart.  Swoon!

The month of June is quickly coming to an end, wrapping up Pride festivities.  It’s been all rainbows and love the last few weeks, so I’m a bit sad to see the month end.  I’ve found a few more goodies to keep you colourful and happy!

One can never have too many sequined dresses.  At least that’s the motto I live by.  I would love to go through life leaving a trail of glitter and broken hearts behind me.  Uh…did I say that out loud?  Let’s just uh…stick with the glitter.

Ho Ho Go!

I’m on the trail of the Holiday Ho Ho Hunt, which is a series of little mini hunts that take place in mainstores all over the grid.  Pru showed you some of her finds HERE.  You can get some pretty fabulous prizes without shelling out too much money.  A prime example is this gorgeous emerald green, shiny gown that I grabbed for only 15 lindens at Stories & Co.  You can always check out the hunt keys for each store so you know what you’re buying before you pay for the different objects.  Just scour the store for the little blue stars and you’ll be sparkling in no time!
