I decided to go on a weekend trip to do some special shopping! Now that I’m back at my hotel, I am trying on all the lovely things I found. SL17B is ending this weekend (July 12th), so it’s your last chance to grab all of the amazing gifts at Second Life’s 17th Anniversary. A hair fatpack from Sintiklia, includes a style HUD and hair colour hud essentials pack. Pick it up at the Gleaming sim.
A free AO from Sweet Lovely Cute/Body Language; this is a full-functioning AO and very cute. It includes runs, walks, stands, flying animations and more. Sweet Lovely Cute/Body Language AOs are fully Bento and valuable- so this is a great freebie! You can pick it up at Jubilant.
This cute dress by Safira which comes in blush, lilac and blue, sized for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass and Legacy. As all of Safira’s clothes are, it is well-made and adorable. You can grab it at Snowflake.
Darlin’ Darla
In addition to the great gifts at SL17B, I snatched up some awesome gifts and lucky letter prizes over at Selene Creations. Their VIP group is currently free to join for a temporary period. Included with the group join are years’ worth of past free gifts and a huge wall of lucky letter board prizes. I did the boards and walked away with a shopping spreeeee! I think I’m determined to visit every seaside spot on the grid. To say I am afflicted with wanderlust would be an understatement. This time Blue discovered a beautiful little slice of paradise where we could spend the days playing in the water and the evenings relaxing deckside watching the sun go down.
In preparation for a our excursion we picked up a few of the many free group gifts at Amias. These plush towels are an absolutely must-have. They come in a his and hers version and include a texture hud with quite a few choices to pick from. They are free with the Amias group tag. Coincidentally the Amias group is also free to join. Blue happens to be wearing another of the free group gifts at Amias. His leather bracelet also comes in male and female sizes, and has a color change hud. It’s always cool to find freebies that include options for male and female avatars. Have fun everyone!

Hey Fab Free! How are you all doing this week? I have more great freebies to share with you from SL17B and a freegroup gift, which make up this lovely pink and rose-patterned outfit I have on right now. There’s something about this floral, rose-coloured look that feels so positive and beautiful. Blueberry Spoils Us Again
One of my favourite designers, Blueberry has again been so generous. They are offering two free fatpacks at the Blueberry SL17B booth. They are giving a set of lace trim tops which come in a full pack of colours and patterns which allow for customizing the colours of the lace and the top, and a fatpack of these cute little shoes with bows on them. These gifts will be wonderful additions to your inventory!

Some Ripped Jeans
Finally, I topped out my outfit with these great ripped jeans, which are a freegroup gift at FurtaCor. These are the group gift for June, but they are still out for grabs at the front of the store. The jeans some with a number of texture customization, which all look great. While you’re there, make sure to pick up all the past group gifts from FurtaCor which are placed in boxes in the centre of the store. The FurtaCor group is currently free to join.

It’s far too early in the year to feel this way, but this outfit is kind of giving me back to school vibes. Greetings FabFree. Much like Juli, I have been sucked into the fervor surrounding the Second Life 17th Birthday. while there are considerably far few items for men, I have found at least one that is a must have for all the RPers. At least the bleak future/cyberpunks.
Future Perfect
This is the ‘Cyber Set’ from Zed for Men and it’s at the SL17B as your free gift. The set includes the vest, two cyber arms ( one left, one right) and a spine attachment. The pieces are all separate so you can wear all or just a piece or two. Any Cyber RP ladies could easily pick this set up simply for the arms and the spine. The set comes in the red I’m wearing as well as blue, cyan, orange, green and black. One note – I accessorized this vest with an applier long sleeved shirt and a visor from my closet, these do not come with the Cyber Set.

In a quest to enjoy some sunshine and get some Vitamin D, Blue and I have taken to exploring bright beachy locations. These little excursions have led us to some pretty cool places. Not to mention that the promise of adventure is also probably the best way to get me out of my beloved pajamas. lol

His flip-flops are the freeSL17B gift from Native Urban, while the cool ring he’s wearing is the free mens gift at SL17B by Lapointe & BastChild. There’s a ladies version of the ring as well. Blue’s shirt and shorts are both hunt prizes on the AllStuff hunt. His cool floral sleeveless hoodie is a dollarbie hunt prize at Waffles, while his casual linen shorts are a free hunt gift at UnderDog. The AllStuff Hunt ends June 30th, so don’t wait and miss these!
