Collectively, I’d say that us FabFree girls have a lot of really great qualities. One place where we really struggle though? Bundling up and dressing for the weather. And here is a prime example. Really I think that my facial expression says it all. The things that we do in the name of freebies!
Oh Christmas Tree
There is an Advent Calendar at Cosmopolitan, in the form of a lovely Christmas tree just inside the entrance. It claims to be an advent calendar, but when I was there the day after it started it was already loaded with free presents. It runs from December 15th through 25th so I’ll definitely be checking back to see what else is added each day. To get the free gifts you need to join the freeCosmopolitan group and then click on the ornaments on the tree to get the gifts. They are from all different designers and range from clothes to accessories to decor. Here’s some of what I snagged on my visit:
Free mittens by amias with three colors to choose from and in sizes for Legacy and Maitreya
Free hair by no.match, including the scarf – there’s a HUD of “essential” hair colors plus two more HUDS of colors for the scrunchy and scarf
Free top by FLIRT, also in a fatpack of colors and sizes for Cinnamon, Kupra, Kupra Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Perky, and Reborn
Free lipstick applier by Lempika, featuring 15 nice colors
The Cosmopolitan Event runs till December 25th and you’ll be able to get the free gifts the whole time, they don’t go away like most advent calendars once the day is done. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to see if a nice jacket or coat has been added.

Hello Dear Fabbies. First of all, I apologize for vanishing for over a week. To make it quick and move on with the post I’ll give you a short FYI: I suffer from numerous health problems that tend to kick me off my feet for days at a time. Ok let’s move on!
Today I’m doing something a little different for these Days of Christmas posts. I cannot decide if I want to do only 12, or do the full number on Advent calendars. However, the next few will be catch up and will cover stores that have Advent calendars with gifts available through Christmas. I also have to share this beautiful skin from AnneLand called Jade. With your purchase you receive the BOM face skin in normal and no brow versions, a neck fix and the ear tattoo. This fits Lelutka Evo X. AnneLand skins are made to coordinate with Velour body skins and Jade comes in tones ranges Blush through Sunkiss. I am wearing Sienna in the no brow option and added some eyebrows I had in my inventory. The skins are absolutely stunning and the reason I am telling you about them here on FabFree is because the entire store is 80% off through December 31st!!! If you haven’t already, go check them out!
Finally, one last amazing deal is this set of props and poses I am using. It is from Fashiowl, which has the most amazing prop/backdrop/pose sets I have ever seen. This particular set I am using is called “Thanks” and it was perfect for this “Christmas tree shopping in California” shoot. Guess what? It’s time for Day 5! I was feeling very classy today with this post, but with a vintage twist. I love each of these pieces that are included in this post and had to share them.
The beautiful chair I am sitting on is today’s gift at Zerkalo. The fabric is such a lovely vintage/shabby-chic design. There are several PG animations included as well. Zerkalo‘s advent calendar is FREE for group members and the group is FREE to join.
I swooned over the luggage/travel decor in the center. Aesthetically at least, I would have loved to live in that era. But I have to remember these things were normal then and didn’t look old and vintage and cool like they do us now. This decor set (all one piece) is the gift from Yasum today. I got a cool surprise today when I was writing this up…it has poses!!! Three female poses and three male. Yasum‘s gifts are FREE with no group needed.
Next I have to share this gorgeous little Christmas tree from Lelutka. I didn’t realize this but apparently they send a FREE tree every year to their group members (FREE to join). This is not part of an advent calendar, but such an awesome gift, I had to tell you all about it. And it totally fit the theme I was going for.
Now…this dress. This is what started this whole post. I opened this FREE dress gift up from Next Door Designs for Day 4 (still available) and I fell in love! First I need to give a little instruction on getting their gifts. The blue bunny slippers are the gift at the Veles Shopping center from Antaya for Day 3, available still for L$15, no group needed. These fit both Maitreya and Reborn feet only.
Isn’t this hair and hate cute? It is part of the Advent Calendar at MadPea as a free gift for HUD buyers (purchase the HUD for L$500). This particular gift through the HUD is from Lock&Tuft. The hair/hat comes with a male style and this female style, all with HUDs for changing the hair and hat textures.
The skin I am wearing as well as the eyes are both from 7 Deadly Skins. The skin is a full BOM body skin and fits Lelutka Evo X heads. This particular skin comes in 7 tones with no eyebrow versions included for each as well. I am wearing the lightest option – Taupe. The eyes are a beautiful dark blue and include mesh versions and a Lelutka Evo X HUD. Both are included in the December 4th gift, free for 7DS group members, which is L$500 to join.
