Hey hi hello Fab Free’rs! It’s true what the sign says “Life happens, coffee helps.” At least that has been my experience. If you’re a coffee drinker like myself, there’s a lot to love about this cute decorative rug group gift from Zen Creations. I’m also really enjoying this top. Hunting for Frosting.

I made a couple stops along the trail of the Frosting Hunt and found a couple of gems to share with you. My first stop was Prism, where I picked up my outfit. It includes this excellent pair of suede pants and the lovely off the shoulder pink sweater. Each piece is separate and comes in all the standard mesh sizes with a good alpha layer. For just 1L and a little hunting time to find the snowflake, this gem of an outfit can be yours.

I also stopped by Kitty Creations because I was in need of a furniture pick-me-up. The Frosting Hunt prize there is this lovely braided rug as well as this nicely patterned black ottoman which includes quite a few very nice unisex sits. The rug is copiable, but the ottoman is no copy. However for only 1L, if you want more than one of this gorgeous ottoman, it won’t break the bank to hunt down the snowflake and buy more than one copy of this Frosting Hunt prize at Kitty Creations.

Heat Wave Event – Lok’s Low Prim Furniture

More blogging from the Heat Wave Event! One of the things I love to see is a great Designer for home décor… like, say,  Lok’s Low Prime Furniture have a sale… such as the Heat Wave Cart Sale at the Wash… right when I have a new SL home to fill up with new furniture!

This could be your new living room! The ‘Berry Sweet Sofa’ here is really the star. The fabric of both the cushions and the throw pillows are customizable with ten color choices. The rug is also has ten color changes and the curtains come in five colors. Plus, the curtains (which I’m using three sets of for this picture) will open and close at a touch. The little fish tank comes with a finny friend who even swims back and forth. The trio of potted plants is resizable to fit into your space perfectly too. The bucket of hydrangeas is Lok’s 50L item and that’s a steal!

The Heat is on at the Heat Wave Event until June 10th, so don’t miss out!

WE at Home

Hi Fab Free! So today I have some fabulous FREEbies that are a bit out of the norm for me. A new shop recently opened up in Second Life called W.E. at Home.  What does the “W.E.” stand for you might ask? Without Exception! This store features high quality furnishings with gorgeous textures and beautiful well-thought-out poses. Not to mention the shop also showcases artwork from several of Second Life’s resident artists. In celebration of their opening, W.E. at Home has a few lovely FREE gifts out for the taking.

First, this pretty throw rug and matching pillows pictured above is one of the FREE gifts from W.E. at Home. It is called the “Friends” rug because it is meant for hanging out and spending time with friends. This mesh rug includes multiple casual male and female poses. Pru is taking advantage of one of the female poses in the photo! I took a close up of the second gift so you can see all the little details.

This beautifully done serving tray with cigars and port wine is the second FREE gift from W.E. at home. Not only is this mesh set nice to look at, it’s functional too! The set gives animated cigars and wine glasses when clicked. Additionally, the tray can be set so that everyone can use it, only group members can use it, or people listed on a custom access list. I think it looks great just sitting out in my living room!
