Silver Linings

This last week has been a tough one in real life for me but today I took some time to do some meditating and looked for silver linings in the dark clouds that I felt certain were hanging over my head. Wearing ink lately…

I’ve worn tattoos in two other posts {here} and {here} and when I saw this gorgeous Broken Heart tattoo from Identity as part of the Women Only Hunt (yes my hunting buddy pointed it out) I couldn’t help myself… and who can pass up free? Now I have three free tattoos for this month tucked away in my inventory! This one comes in fresh or faded (faded shown) and you get system layers, appliers for TMP, Omega, Belleza, Wowmeh, and Maitreya.

If you’re digging my updo you need to hurry, as it may be gone by midnight tonight (Friday). It’s a Fifty Linden Friday special at Exile. PoemeTPHI just wanted fairy lights…

Hey there FabFree! I’m coming to you late in the evening, half asleep with my freebie news today as I have been fighting with my pre-lit Christmas Tree all day.  I thought it was going to be a simple little thing to get the lights off and put the new teeny fairy lights on… but no…  they are all weaved into the branches and clipped on!  I have no idea who was paid to install the lights into that tree, but I sure hope they were paid well because they did a fabulous job.

Settled In For A Long Winters Nap

POErOrOIt’s a good thing I ate my wheaties this morning…

Because I had to wrestle him for the TV remote tonight.  I was in the mood to settle in the best spot on the sofa and watch some animated Christmas specials.  They are all over the guide listing this month and I’m happy about that :).  The only problem is that I can’t make up my mind which one to watch, because I love so many of them and there are only three weeks left to watch them all.

Dance Like Nobody Is Watching

POE4I’m not too shy to say that in real life, my particular brand of ballet dancing is not as graceful as it is inworld. For Just A Few Minutes, It Was Silent

All Is Calm, All Is Bright

Good morning Fabulously Free in SL Readers!  I was supposed to go out last night, but the snow began to fall late afternoon and the roads were an icy mess so I thought it best to stay back at home.  It’s a good thing I did, because if I had gone out I would have missed out on the surreal experience the snow left when it silenced everything around me.  Time stood still for just a few moments. The streets were quiet, the wind was still and the snow was pure white and sparkling.  The neighbors across the street had just hung their decorations and Christmas lights which were glowing through the snow, and when I looked over there it was a perfect holiday scene as if they had sent out my Christmas card early.
