Hello weekend, I’m so glad you are here. I am also really glad all of you are here! Hi fabbies, are you as pleased that it is the weekend as I am? It’s been a long week, and what better way to take my mind off of it than having a little fashion show in the woods for you? All the best fashion is seen in the woods, I tell ya! *grins* That is the beauty of SL, no one bats an eye at wearing heels on what would be a soft, grassy path in the woods. So lets get right to it shall we.
Let me start off with this. RD Style is closing down. I know, it’s really sad, as happens with many an SL life, RL ends up having to come first. We as shoppers though, are going to benefit from this, as everything in store has been marked down, with outfits starting as low as L$25! Now, if you are familiar with RD Style, as you should be, since we here at FabFree have featured items from them many times, you already know that this is the place to go for complete outfits in one. While there is the odd separate pair of shoes, or dress, most every item is a complete outfit, including shoes. These range from super casual workout outfits, to fun day out shopping outfits, to downright sexy night out outfits. I picked out 3 that I really liked, and all of them are price reduced down to L$25. This sale is on until March 25th, and then everything will be gone, quite possibly for good.

Happy, happy Friday! Hooray for the week finally being over. I wanted, no, needed, to put together an outfit to go with the Womenstuff Hunt gift from G&D The Italian style store, that I had teasingly mentioned previously, HERE. Thanks to a gift being offered at the 5th Anniversary of Designer Circle, a pretty Marketplace find, and a few things from my inventory, I think I put together something you all will appreciate.
So, lets not beat around the bush eh, here are the shoes that started it all. These are the Cristy pumps in Pink Flower, from G&D The Italian Style. I love pink, and I really love the fabric on these. Do you now understand why I had to put together a look for these gorgeous pumps? Add to this that they are a free hunt gift for the Womenstuff hunt, you can’t lose. Once you find the iconic red t-shirt, you will receive 3 pairs of shoes sized for SLink High, Maitreya and TMP feet, along with a texture change hud for the metal studs and wooden heels. Here’s the hint, to help you out : “the information is important”.
Now, it is hard for anything to live up to my love for those shoes, however, while wandering around Designer Circle, which is currently celebrating their 5th Anniversary, I picked up a gift from MOoH! that ended up totally holding it’s own. My pretty, and super sexy halter top, called Scarlett, is a free gift for everyone. It is mesh, comes in the standard sizes, and has a texture change hud included with 8 fabric textures to choose from; 4 solid colours, and 4 flowery prints. I should have included a shot of the back, which is just as sexy as the front, but I didn’t think to until after I had all my pictures taken…doh! You’ll just have to head down to Designer Circle, before the 19th, when it ends, and pick this up for yourself! Many of the other stores participating in this round have gifts out. Stay tuned for a post from the oh-so lovely Pru, and another post from me, featuring a few more of the generous gift offerings.
Alright, my last addition to my outfit that I needed to show you, my eyelashes! Yes, I said eyelashes. IDK about you all, but I hate the SL system eyelashes, and keep them hidden at all times. While roaming around my old friend, the Marketplace, I stumbled across these great dollarbie, mesh lashes from BC Designs HERE, and I think they add just that perfect extra touch that is lacking with system lashes. They are not too over the top, but still easily glammed up if need be. You will need a little bit of prim editing skill if you want them to fit perfectly, but many of the buyers who reviewed them on their Marketplace listing said they lucked out and did not have to adjust much at all! However, they are copy, as well as mod, so make several copies before hand and you won’t have to worry if you mess them up. I love that.
So, that concludes my easy, breezy look. I sure hope it lived up to my hype. LOL. What can I say, I get a little crazy about shoes here in SL, and then the fun of putting together an outfit around them 🙂 OK, I am off again, already have plans for my next post. Hello Fabbies!! Happy Sunday. Hope you all have had a great weekend. It is not currently midnight yet where I am, but tonight found me in a wandering mood, all the while, singing ‘Walking After Midnight’ by Patsy Cline. It’s a little weird on my part, as that is not the type of music I listen to, at all. Sometimes though, you just need to roll with it, so I made sure I had a good walking outfit, courtesy of Get Frocked and Cattiva.
It really started with the current January group gift from Get Frocked. My fuzzy jacket, perfect for the snowy weather that has recently been hitting an awful lot of the North American continent, is both functional and cute! I love the red hearts pattern all over it. It is mesh, in all the standard sizes, and it is free for Get Frocked group members. The group is free to join, so even better! While I was grabbing this beauty, I also saw that Get Frocked is participating in the Black and White Hunt that is currently running, until the end of January. While the prizes for both paths are great, the black path prize really spoke to my black and red look that I had going on. This silky black shirt/dress is that black path prize. It is mesh, and again, is in all the standard sizes. I really like the length of it, as you could go the dress route like I did, or throw on a pair of jeans, and rock the long shirt look. Either way, that super low neckline lends itself to making a very sexy look. As I said, this hunt runs until the January 31, and all prizes, on either the black path, or the white path, are free.
Now, you can’t go walking without a good pair of boots. I had just picked up these sweet 7 League boots on the Marketplace from Cattiva for the teeny tiny sum of L$10! They do not need any kind of special feet, and are scripted for size change, as well as have modify permissions for those of you who like to hand adjust the sizing. If black is not your thing, or you love them a lot and want other colours, just take a look through the Cattiva MP store, as there are several other colours available. These babies make me want to start singing ‘These Boots are Made For Walking’ now. LOL.

Hello Fabfreers! I’ve been a little under the weather lately, and when that happens, all I can think of is a nice cozy sweater to bundle up in, while I’m aimlessly scrolling through Facebook. Really! LOL. {amiable} has provided such a sweater, and I naturally have to show it off.
I have on the {amiable} Vitamin Color Glitter Balloon Knit Top in red, and it is a group gift put out for Christmas, as well as a thank you for the group reaching 2000 members. What’s really fun about it, the little white undershirt collar, is a separate piece, so you can choose to wear it, or go without. The sweater, and collar piece are mesh, and come in the standard sizes. All you need to do to grab this cozy sweater is join the free{amiable} group, if you aren’t already in it, and put on your tag, and it’s yours for free! I think the balloon sleeves are so sweet!
I was recently discussing the upcoming FabFree Shoe Day (Jan 15th, how exciting is that!) with fellow blogger Glimmer, and she sent me a Marketplace link for a store, called xbody, that I was not familiar with. I ended up doing a quick browse through other item listings for this store, and came across these fun, texture change sneakers. The xbody Xaris hipster shoes [Slink Flat] are unisex, with a resize script allowing them to fit both male and female SLink flat feet, as well as standard av feet, and though I am not familiar with the shapes of other flat mesh feet, you may be able to fit them to those too. The HUD that comes with these shoes, has a few different textures to choose from, and you can change each individual part of the shoe. You also have the ability to change the colour of each part. I put together a few different looks to show you the options, but really there are so many more than what I am showing you. These puppies will only set you back a tiny little L$10!

Hello again Fabfreer’s!! It is another lovely Thursday in Calle-land. I put together 2 cute outfits to show off today, so I am going to get right to it.
Now, both outfits started off with a trip to Entice. Any time I feel like slapping a Midnight Mania board, or stalking some lucky boards, Entice is always high on my list of stops, as there is always something good to be won there. It was my lucky night when I was there, as ‘C’ came up on the lucky boards 3 times in 5 minutes! Woohoo!
The first thing I won, was this nice, casual 1-piece mesh outfit called Come Join the Murder – Purple, consisting of jeans, a shirt, and a fantastic leather jacket.. Yes, that’s right, I said 1-piece! How can you go wrong when you don’t need to worry about whether your mesh shirt will fit with your mesh pants, and then don’t even think about trying to fit a mesh jacket over that mesh shirt! LOL. This takes the guess-work out of it. It comes in all standard sizes, and is free if your letter pops up on the board!
Naturally I had to find a pair of shoes that were equally as fantastic as my outfit. I found these beauties on the Marketplace. These Cyber Platform Ankle Boots, for SLink high feet are from Maarii Bachem’s store, MB, and as far as I can tell, are only on Marketplace. Look at the texture on these, and I just love the bright pops of purple on the sides, and the back of the heels. These lovely booties will set you back only L$50! There are a few colour combo’s to choose from, but the purple touches on the black pair just worked so wonderfully with my outfit.
My slightly fancier, more suited for evening, look, came from the third lucky board I was able to claim at Entice. The sexy Gail dress in red, is mesh, and comes in the standard sizes. I really love the double layered skirt, especially the edging of lace around the inner layer. So sweet…in a sexy way of course.
Needing shoes to go with my dress, I found a just as sexy pair of heels at Pizzazz, the Beatrice Black Snake Pumps, for free for members of the SLF&O group. They are also meant for SLink high feet, hooray for not having to change feet styles when changing my shoes! The added touch of the laces up the back of the heel…so pretty. If you aren’t already a member of SLF&O, when you head to Pizzazz, there is a group join sign right near the gift. Joining, as always, is free 🙂
By now, I’m sure you are aware, I always have to find a nice manicure to go with whatever I am wearing, and how handy was it for me, to find a set that went very nicely with both of my looks. The Swoop Set from Sense-Able Fashions is on the Marketplace, and is only L$25 for the mani and pedi set. I’ve included a picture of the hud so you can see the multi-colour combinations you can choose from. Don’t you just love the little rhinestone accent? So lovely.

Happy Sunday Fabulistas! Were you able to have a nice quiet day like I did? I think a lazy day is a good way to finish out a long week, or start a new week, depending on what you think a Sunday does. Naturally, I spent some of that free time running around and finding some fun things to show you all.
I started out at the OMG – Oh My Gacha Event. There are so many gachas there, I wish I could show you everything I played for. However, I was able to pick out a few of the items I won. My very first play was the Verocity Machine. There are 2 different machines, but I fell in love with the Camera Poses in the first one. There are 8 in total, and I got almost all of them, and at only L$25 per play, and no rares, it was pretty easy. Each pose comes with its own camera prop already adjusted for that specific pose. Lag ate a few of them from me, but when I contacted Bliour Michaels (Windie Melody), owner of Verocity, she was quick to respond as well as help me out. Thanks Bliour!
Another OMG goodie I got, were these super cute sneakers from bubble! There are 10 commons, and 2 rares to be won, and they are only L$60 a play. These are un-rigged mesh, so they are easily resized and repositionable, which totally means they could be unisex, as I could easily see a guy wearing a pair of these.
The last gacha prize I’m going to show off is this super playful hair from ploom. These come in the ploom standard colour fatpacks, of which 6 are commons, and 3 are rares. I only played the one time and ended up with a colour pack that works for my preference of hair colour, yayyy!! The cute little bows are texture change, with quite a few options to match almost any outfit. This gacha is L$75 per play.
OMG – Oh My Gacha runs until the end of the month, so you have loads of time to get over there, maybe even wait a day or 2 and let the lag die down! Who can wait though, am I right? LOL.
Oh, you were probably noticing the different lipsticks I am wearing in the picture that shows off my hair. Well, for all you makeup lovers, you need to head down to Oceane, and just behind the counter, there is a stack of gift boxes tied up with ribbon, and inside you will find the biggest fatpack of lipstick I have ever seen! Best of all, it’s free! Seriously, there are many different colours, of which I am only showing a few, and almost each of these colours comes in several different shades as well. There has to be 30+ lipsticks in there. I’m not sure how long this gift is going to be out, so make sure you run down there right away, I’d hate for you all to miss out.

I would love to get into roleplay. However, I am not all that great at pretending to be something I am not, even something as simple as a Queen in medieval times. Luckily for me, while I cannot get the acting down, I can still pull off the look!
C&N Designs is a store that is perfect for all you roleplay lovers. They specialize in mainly medieval/gorean type looks for both men and women. They also have group gifts! Yayy. I recently featured the male group gift for the FabFree Designer of the Day, but I just had to model the women’s gift. The lovely, mesh Isabel Dress makes me feel like a Queen, even if I can’t act like one 🙂 It comes in 2 separate pieces, the dress, and those wonderful winged sleeves, both in the standard sizes. If you happen to already have an alpha for a sleeveless dress, you can even forgo the sleeves, as the alpha included does require you to wear both pieces.
