Happy Friday night folks! What are your plans for kicking off the weekend? I’ve got a quickie for you this evening. Me, I’m plan on catting around. I was given a folder named “LM worth a  visit” by a friend. One of those landmarks led me to Floyd. If you want more good stuff for your hungry inventory join the free Floyd group. I do love this great bodysuit I picked up from the gift wall at Floyd. The La Pena Latex Fit is BOM! And it fit perfectly on my Maitreya body. The BOM is the only option in this gift package. It does remind me of a catsuit hence the ears & claws I used to complete the look. You can wear it in any season You’ll look sleek & sexy in this one chicas. Here kitty, kitty…

I Shopped Till I Dropped!

It’s another lazy Sunday here in SL. I’m resting up for whatever comes along next. You know how us bloggers are. We’re always running off here & there to find goodies to show you. Get ready for what I found in several places earlier today.

I put this outfit together with a $35L Sunday offer, another great hunt gift from The Bold Llama, and a pair of heels with tights from Chic & Shoes. First I want to tell you that current subscribers to Gaall, Chic & Shoes, Vaxxer, & Sweet Temptations can receive $300L of credit to one of the stores. You must already be a subscriber to get the credit. When you see the kiosks/signs at any of the stores you pick the store you want and your credits are there! All credits will expire on February 28th. Sorry but if you aren’t a current subscriber you won’t be able to do it until after February 28th. These subscriber credits come available 2 – 3 times a year from what I remember.

Fiddle Dee Dee

“Oh, dear! My stays are so tight, I’ll never ger through the day without belching!” I’m channeling Scarlett O’Hara today. Father has managed to invite most of the wealthy single men to a barbeque at Tara. Fiddle-dee! My frock covers more of me than I’d prefer but I do have to protect my skin to keep from getting freckled. Luckily I heard about this TeleportHub.com group gift at Belle Epoque. Let me tell you all about it.

You will have to wear the TeleportHub.com group ($10L join fee) tag to snag this one ladies. When you land at Belle Epoque & enter the building turn right. The gift is located on the right side of the wall. You can’t miss it. The Mademoiselle Caroline dress is sized for Maitreya only and comes with this one texture. I like the texture  as it looks oriental in nature. I don’t think Scarlett had a chance to wear anything Asian but I’m pretty sure she would have loved it too.

My parasol (every Southern Belle needs one) is one of the $10L gifts you can find on the Belle Epoque New Year Hunt. The hunt object is a golden 2023 and they are fairly easy to find. You can see the hunt key on the front windows of the store. The hunt runs until January 31.

In comparison, store credit adds linden “credits” on your account, which you can use to purchase items at a store using the vendor’s menu. Conjuring

I’ve been practicing my witching skills lately. Amazing how I forgot the words to spells and incantations. Please don’t tell my coven. Oh wait! I am a solo witch because I couldn’t find a Cajun coven. So anyhoo, I was trying to conjure my broom (I forgot where I parked it). I thought I said the correct words. These two evil looking pumpkins showed up instead. Guess I’d best do a a lot of reading.

It feels like Christmas in October in SL this month. Before we to December our inventories will be stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey!

• My cute hairstyle is one of the many group gifts at no.match. It comes in a full pack of colours. I love this casual short style. A one-time join fee of 50L is required to get all the gifts. Nothing like a Tuesday artistic interlude.  One of the best things about SL is always being able to switch up your interiors, your exteriors, and who knows what else.  I love decorating in Second Life, though sometimes it becomes rather time consuming and I have to take a step back before I lose my mind.  An easy way to change things up without pulling out all your hair is always through artwork, and I think I have just the place for you if you’re looking for a bit of inspiration…

First Things First

It’s all about the clothing for me in SL, most days, some of which is definitely wearable art.  I’ll first tell you about where I picked up this stunning sparkly dress!  Head on over to Posh Event, and there you’ll find that several of the designers have put out free gifts for everyone.  No need to join a group, just buy the gift for 0L.  I grabbed this cool dress (what a slit!) over at the Luna Chelsea booth (it comes with a rather extensive HUD, and also a little ribbon belt too), but there are quite a few other gifts too if you’re looking for more goodies.  The Posh Event runs until January 23rd!

Museum Visit

It’s always fun to discover new places in SL, and I was contacted about the Free Museum, which is exactly what it purports to be:  a museum filled to the gills with free artwork.  Yep, you can even take it all home with you.  Just buy the artwork for 0L, and put it up wherever your heart desires.  There are even statues so you can go full Guggenheim when the fancy strikes.  What a cool idea!  I hope you have a fun time discovering your new favourite artists.
