I told you the weekend was going to get here, didn’t I, FabFree?  I’m usually pretty right about these things, don’t wanna brag but… Plus, it’s the eve of October, and I’m throwing all caution to the wind and starting off showing some fun Halloweeny (and free!) finds.

There are some new lucky boards at Aurica’s sim.  Three stores have banded together, and right at the landing point you’ll find one lucky board from each store.  I really liked this shiny and rather sexy bodysuit!  There’s no group join required to get any of the prizes, and all you have to do is wait for your letter to come up – making this outfit completely free. According to Aurica’s designer, the prizes in the boards will be changed every 15 days – so that’s something to look forward to, isn’t it?  Good luck!

Hey gang!

Tis’ me!  I’ve been soooooo busy lately getting the advent started in my shop and helping Juli get the mall ready for Christmas, but I am still here.  Real Life gave me a couple of swift kicks lately too, but it’s nothing I can’t handle.  Especially when I’ve got yummy group gifts to show you!  And most especially when they have pink and Unicats on them, squeee!!!

It’s that time again, time for some steamy hot chocolate (I’m one of those oddballs who doesn’t drink coffee), and it’s time for another Wicked Wednesday Sale!  Woohoo!

I absolutely love going to the new cafe at the Mystic Dreamers Mall.  It’s so cozy with the snow falling outside, and those little hammies always keeping the drinks fresh and super yummy (they bake too!  The chocolate chip cookies are to die for!).  It’s a great place to kick back a bit with friends and it’s one of those places you always feel welcome.  Those little cafe keepers always know too when I’ve had one of *those days* and I need an extra kick in my cocoa!  Ahhh, nothing like a bit of rum mixed in to make it extra warm and relaxing!

You know what is right across the courtyard from the cafe?  Shanti!  That’s where I picked up this absolutely adorable outfit for only 50L thanks to Wicked Wednesdays.  You can find this Wicked Wednesday deal available from now until early Thursday.  No group needed either!  You might want to join the Wicked Wednesday Group though to get the ad each week, that way, you don’t miss anything!  This dress fits:

Treat, or Trick??

So….

One of our readers contacted me with a tip.  She said she found a place with lots of great deals and it would be perfect on Fab Free and gave me the LM.    I thought awesome.  We can always use more goodies for you guys and I happily went off to check it out.  What an awesome treat this was going to be!

However….  all was not as it seemed!  Little did I know that this was a trick.

I came to a cute little cottage and thought it must just be a little shop, but the door was locked, so I knocked, but once I did, this sign appeared!  The door opened on it’s own and I was pulled inside a pitch dark room, I couldn’t see anything!  I only felt cold, foul smelling breath on my neck and something strong had me in its grasp!  A deep, gravely voice spoke, much too close to my ear for comfort.  “Why have you come here?”  I struggled to catch my breath and speak.

“I… I… I only…”

“Speak!” the voice shouted and I felt spittle hit my face in the dark and that foul breath again.  I could feel something sharp against my skin.

I was shaking uncontrollably.  I forced myself to speak, though barely a whisper came out. “Tr…  tr…. trick, or…. orr…. tr”

“What did you say?” It shook me hard and the voice seemed to get angrier every time it spoke.  I felt the blood draining from my limbs as the unknown entity held me ever tighter each time.

I knew there was one thing to do and one thing only, so I tried to take a deep a breath as I could, and said as loudly and forcefully as possible “I said… TRICK OR TREAT!”

I felt the ground under my feet start to crumble and I started to lose my footing, the creature was screaming as if in agony, I lost my balance and fell forward onto the broken ground.  It was only then I realized the creature (or whatever it was!) had let go, and I ran for where the door had been, my hands fumbled against the wall in the darkness.  I felt something thrashing behind me and the screams continuing, I thought surely someone must be able to hear all this noise!  Please, please let someone hear and come help me!  I was panicked, but I suddenly felt the knob of the door and pulled it open with all my might!

I ran back into the daylight, as fast as my legs could carry me!  There were spiders on my face and I tried to brush them off as I ran, I felt scratches I had gotten from the struggle and something, what was it?  Something black was oozing out of my mouth!  How did that even get there???  What happened to me?!

In my confusion I wasn’t looking where I was running and I stepped off an embankment and lost my footing, I was falling!  Autumn colors blurred past my eyes!  There was nothing to catch, I was heading for the ground!

And then I woke up!  Whew!  I hate weird dreams like that!!!

Rise and Shine Fab Fam!

It’s Sundayyyyyy!  You know what that means!  It means it is #sokawaiisundays!  Woot!  It also means that you only have TODAY to scoop up these deals so no dillying… or dallying!  Y’all just better RUN!

I ran and I scored this adorbs dress from ALTAIR (gosh I love their stuff!), which made me feel like a kawaii snow white!  Of course to match the cute little stars on their dress I had to grab the cute Moon Headband from Just Yaska (ok, so I admit I am a fiend for anything celestial themed… sun, moon, stars… Saturn!  OMG Saturn!!!!  LOL  You know we Fab Free folks can be obsessive right? (who us????) Oh but we do so love what we love!).  Both items are 65L each, so I spent a whopping 130L total for such cuteness.  My oh my!  *fans self* I may just faint!

The dress comes in Maitreya size and includes a choice of cute hairbows (but I opted for the headband for this photo, obv.) and also a shirtless version of the dress which turns it into a cute summer spaghetti strap dress.   The super fab headband is a fatpack and comes with a HUD that has five choices each for the moon and star, the little stars and the headband itself.

There are dozens of goodies for 65L (see the gallery here) and don’t forget the free skin from Velour (which I LOVE and have been using lately with my Lelutka Evo Nova head, including this photo) that is a #sokawaiisundays gift.
