Cottage Dreams

It’s Sunday Funday, Fab Free!  It’s the perfect day to do some gardening, and potter about in my little English cottage.  Well, I mean…it’s probably the thing that people do who own cottages and like to garden.  I, on the other hand prefer to just sit back and admire the blooms while talking airily about how wonderful the petunias look.  If you’re like me and you like to hang out in gardens boasting about the work you did without ever really having a speck of dirt under your nails, then I’ve got the perfect deal for you!

Bath Time!

It’s bathtime! And all I have to do is slip out of my new dress and take some time to relax. But first I have to tell you where I got my new attire (it was completely free) and as well as where my bath set came from! You’ll have to hurry on the bath set, as it is a Hello Tuesday event special!

The Dress

Pick up my pretty in pink Emma dress as a free group gift from ViSion. The group is free to join, making this dress free as well. It has a hud to change the color of the zipper on the back to three different metal choices, as well as you can change the color of the trim on the dress to many different colors as well for lots of versatility. Hello Tuesday!

I stopped by the Hello Tuesday event to look around and came across the stall for Black Jack. Inside they had a variety of gachas and I fell in love with the quaint little bathroom set.

I picked up the entire set (though not quite every piece is shown in my picture… I didn’t manage to get the sink, wall mirror, or toilet into the shot). At only 50L per spin, this set is a nice addition to your home, and the bathtub includes a nice bathing animation! It is extremely low prim, with each piece coming in at only 1 to 3 prims each! You might just want the entire set for your home.

Thank goodness it’s finally the weekend! And what better way to spend this Saturday than… you guessed it! Decorating more of the new house! EB Designs has put a Cart stuffed full of fantastic items for us. Not only décor but also some lovely vintage clothing and things for builders AND landscaping! You can’t ask for much more.

There are so many things in EB’s Cart I didn’t know what to show first. SO I pulled out my favorite two things and I’ll let you explore the Cart for more surprises. This is the Victorian Little Glass House – Hydrangea. I love hydrangeas and have my fingers crossed for the bush I planted by my RL porch last fall. But if that one doesn’t bloom: I have these!

EB Designs has generously set out four fat packs of items for us too. One fat pack is the Easter: Little White Bunny. Inside you’ll find this adorable white bunny cameo purse as well as a matching bracelet and necklace plus the beautiful ‘Joy of Easter’ blooming cherry branches and eggs arrangement vase and a lovely delicate console table to display them on.  The little clutch purse attaches to your hand but I set it out to show off.

Yay to Sunday! While Saturdays are for running chores and shopping and whatnot, Sunday is usually the day to chillout and relax at home (in preperation for the Monday blues of course).

One of the greatest woes of being a home owner is the finding the most suitable deco, and in the case of SL and my post, beautiful and FREE deco. Hence, I thought I’d show some great (free) finds around SL you can use to furnish your home, and hopefully, you’ll find your home as relaxing as mine. I usually like to begin my search for furniture on Marketplace, and nordari. happens to have lots of beautiful and cheap items.
