Just a quickie today, something a little out of the ordinary for you!
It’s getting to be that time of year when its cooler out so we eat more, and there are holidays, so we eat more, and the holidays make us feel certain ways so maybe we eat and drink more….
So I thought, what I need is a little workout area of my own! Maybe if Arielle is working out, it will inspire me to workout too (I’m not holding my breath! lol)
Either way I found these adorable items at Dench Designs. There is an exercise mat (that comes with barbells to work out with! They attach automatically!) for only 50L, and a treadmill for only 40L! Both are low prim too so they can be used even if you are low on prims!
As bloggers we need our bodies to look fab (no pun intended!) and so there is no slacking off when we have to keep toned to showcase all sorts of clothing for our valued readers!

I’m here with Tara (aka Miss Tee, aka Chia pet, aka Chi, etc etc) to share with you some gorgeous Autumn decor for your home. This week would have been Tara’s birthday if her real life self were still here and although I have been unable to find a shih tzu companion in world that looks like her (she was a black and white shih tzu, and I kept her hair cute and short, as she was a bit of a tomboy!), I try to get as close as I can and this little one from Rezz Room is very cute. 😉 (My Golden Animesh Sumner is also based on a real life furbaby of mine I had many moons ago).
But I digress, I am here to speak of the glories of autumn decor, it’s just that she is on my mind this week, September is a difficult month for me, I lost Sumner on the 29th of August, my dad on the 18th and my Mom on the 29th.(not the same year of course) So with them all lumped together and my little Tee’s birthday in the mix, it’s in the forefront of my mind lately.
Let’s talk about Autumn! Shanti always has some goodies for free for everyone and this time of year is no exception. Not only is there a free box of autumn themed goodies (including the rug here and several other items!) but there is also the fireplace behind me for 55L, along with the cute sunflower tapestry, which I love for only 45L but brand new this year is the Ready for Autumn Golden who is only 1L! I’ve taken a closer-up photo below to show you the little lights so cozy on the fireplace and on our autumn wreath wearing handsome pup as well! It’s all got a soft lovely glow that will bring a cozy atmosphere to those chilly autumn nights coming up!

I’m still hoping summer will come back because this girl is not a fan of the cold. The only *good* thing is that I get to whip out my collection of fingerless gloves that I love to wear. 😉 Of course with covid, I’ve been reduced to wearing them at home, but that’s ok, my hands are cold all winter. 😉 (as if I need an excuse to wear them!)

I’ve got lots of time sensitive goodies for you tonight! But I couldn’t resist sharing all the fun!
Most time sensitive first!
I ran out just a short while ago and grabbed some super cute and fun items from the designers at So Kawaii Sunday. My hair is from Kuni, you get the basic pack for 65L and if you want the style pack (I did), that’s also another 65L. Still a very good deal. This hair is called Serenity and for some reason it’s not by the so Kawaii Sunday sign, I had to do an area search but it is upstairs for these prices. That’s where I grabbed mine. Perhaps because I am a tad bit early!
I also grabbed these cute Sakura Cards (with bento poses) from Unicorn for 65L. I combined them with my own poses for my full pose. They pose your hands, but the rest of your body is up to you! It comes with the magical circle just behind me, the halo. It turns slowly as you wear it. Really lovely.
You have all day Sunday (August 29) to grab these and all the other So Kawaii Sunday deals. I love the cute pink kawaii sparkly everything, so I kind of wait for this with baited breath every Saturday night!

It’s grey and gloomy as usual where I live so I am soaking up the sun in second life! Time to put on a cute dress and take a nice walk outside in the sl air! Ahhhhh.

Some of you may not be old enough to remember, but there was *actually* a shampoo once upon a time called “Gee your hair smells terrific!” Literally! They named it an entire sentence! Things have gotten a bit fancier in advertising and naming of products since those days. In second life, we never have to wash our hair, and we can change the style and color in the blink of an eye, so it helps when you have lots to choose from! I’m wearing a free group gift from Kuni, that has been blogged several times before, including my me (in pink!), and you can click those below, if you want to see how it looks in brown or black, too!), but I just love the braid and the whispy bangs! Like Aline, I am loving this holographic trend that is happening. I love sci fi and it always makes me feel a bit like I am in the future someplace. A future with no covid, no disease or sickness, no wars, cultural acceptance… You get the picture. I’m an idealist. This is how my brain works.

Now how to match that sci fi look with makeup? It’s easy peasy when you visit the sl marketplace! The lipstick is UA Lips Gift and it is free on marketplace! It has all appliers so this works for everyone! On my eyes I used MOCK makeup, bluey rainbow and that was only 40L on market!

Took the little man out for a stroll this morning and came upon a modeling agency! Saw it was mostly male clients, but little man wanted me to inquire and so I did. Unfortunately they only take on human male clients and my little man Chi was a no go. 😦 I assured him that doesn’t make him any less appealing as a canine model and that he is very handsome indeed!
