Out With a Bang!

Well, FabFree, this is my last post for FabFree at Fifteen! It’s been a fun ride and I think we celebrated FabFree’s Fifteenth birthday this year to the fullest! I hope you all had fun. I know I did.

All the Shiny!

Before I get to the final FabFree at Fifteen treasures I am blogging tonight, I wanted to first bring your attention to all the new FabFree group gifts. To my delight, I have noticed that a number of new shiny designers have joined the FabFree designer program, which means lots of new and awesome FabFree group gifts for you to enjoy. It’s an exciting time for FabFree, that’s for sure.

Beloved Jewelery has been a FabFree designer here for as long as I can remember, and they have a shiny new FabFree group gift for us all! They are very glitzzy and a perfect way to send off our anniversary in style, I think. Here’s a closeup of how pretty they are. Final Finds

Now, for my final FabFree at Fifteen post, I am featuring the following items:

• The cool hairstyle is 15 Lindens at Byrne. It’s comes in white and black with a coloured gradient pattern. Note that no hair base is included with the hairstyle. I simply used a black hair base included in my Leleutka head folder to achieve this look.
• The platform boots are the full price item at Byrne . They cost 75 Lindens. You may remember that Aline blogged the matching free dress that goes with the awesome hair and boots right HERE. It looks fab on her, and I love how these items look with my shiny jumpsuit I have on today too.
• The fantastic jumpsuit is the full priced item from HORL and it costs 249L. It’s a full fatpack that includes a colour change HUD that allows you to change the colour of the romper to 10 different glittering colour options. I LOVE it!

Glam Workout…Without the Working Out

Hey Fabbies! I have a fun look today of workout clothes and sweat pants meets glam… and I threw in some limes too. Ha!

Cute Finds for 25L Tuesday

25L Tuesday is on today! Paper.Sparrow set their sale items out early, and they usually keep it out for the week. Double win! I love this because I am horrible at following daily sales. I just forget about them and miss them most times, but not at Paper.Sparrow. They have this adorable night shirt and bag for only 25L each! Ah, time to take a brief rest after my long walk on the beach. I’ve been trying to get my exercise after a long winter cooped up indoors!

Goodbye, for now, micamee

I was saddened to read the news recently that micamee will be closing their in-world store until further notice. Until today, May 20th, they have a whopping 75% off all of their products! Very cheap finds there. I’m not showing a sale item today, but one of their free group gifts which will be disappearing when the store closes. The gift is this cute drink with rabbit ears on the top of the lid. It says “Sweetheart” on it, and it comes in 2 other colour and pattern options as well. There are 14 free gifts in the store to grab before it closes for good. Make sure you grab anything you want at the low prices too!

Geometry

Free Body Skins, Anyone?

If you are in need of some new free body skins, MILA has you covered on the Marketplace. They have a fatpack of their older skins in both appliers and BOM. When I wore the BOM versions of the skins, I was able to use the free neck fix from Velour which I blogged about here to blend my head skin. Food On My Mind

Hey, FabFree! I hope you’re all enjoying the hot August weather before we head into fall. It’s finally cooled down here but I can still feel some of that August summer heat soaking in through my window! Although I won’t miss the hot muggy weather of summer, I will miss my favourite barbequed foods! So I made sure to settle in with a juicy barbequed burger before the season is over!

Besties Pool Party

I would like to introduce you to one of my best friends ever, Swara. We’ve been great friends in SL for a few years now and she is my #1 shopping and chatting buddie. The other day Swara and I decided to have a besties pool party! What a great way to start the summer season. We also found some cute freebies to share with you all that will kick off the summer just right. 

Goodies @ Miix

The first thing I want to talk about is a great freebie available at the Miix event right now. Furtacor usually blesses us with wonderful gifts at this event every month, and they have done it again. This time, the free group gift designed for women contains holdable watermelon drinks, a Bakes-on-Mesh (BOM) bathing suit, and a purse. Swara and I decided to keep the purses away from the pool so our precious belongings wouldn’t get wreaked. We both decided to sip on those thirst-quenching watermelon coolers while we sunbathed in the pool! Swara is wearing the cute BOM swimsuit included in the package.  

 The Miix event ends on June 20th, so make sure you grab up the free gifts before they’re gone. They even have some free Spongebob Squarepants swimming trunks for men out for free!

 

My Pool Gear!

A Vintage Goth

I have a bit of a “vintage goth” look going on today, so I decided to chill and take a picture by this gorgeous stained glass window inside this spooky, dark-lit room. I just love this type of style so I’m excited to share these finds with you today.

An Accessories & Hair Day

Today is an accessories day. I love adding little trinkets to my AVI, and it’s something I’ve developed a love for over time. Sometimes it takes for forever to make that necklace or earring to fit just right, but it’s so worth it! I hope you all enjoy little trinkets, items, and jewels you can use to accessorize your AVI because that’s what I’m mainly showing today! I will also later announce how to get a whole LOAD of free hair. 

The Perfect Cross

My necklace is a gorgeous cross necklace which is a free group gift at Finer Threads. This necklace is so detailed. It’s a must have! It only comes in one colour, but the shine of the gold on this chain is stunning. 

Little Mandalas

The gorgeous earrings are also a free group gift at Zaara. simply join the free group and the earring are yours in gold and silver. They look like little Mandalas, which I love.  

Did someone say Functional Demo?

Have you ever heard of a functional or wearable demo? It’s basically a gift, disguised as a demo! What it means is there is no demo box attached to the item, so you can wear it all you like. The beautiful hair I have on is a functional demo from Alli&Ali Designs. I grabbed it on the Marketplace. In fact, Alli&Ali Designs has almost every hair up on their marketplace store with a “functional demo”- a free gift of each hair in one colour only. The colours shown in the ads are the same colour your receive with the free gift. This is a very generous offer from Alli&Ali Designs. The full version (paid) include more colours, but to make the demo fully wearable is a treat! Since Alli&Ali Designs has over 900 hairstyles in their marketplace store for both men and women, so you can get a LOT of one-colour hairs for free. I’m still loading up and picking what I want.  😉 The lovely hair I am wearing today is called Viola and it comes in red. Skins and Eyes!

Finally, both the skin and eyes I have on today are free FabFree gifts. You can grab this beautiful skin over at Lucious Skins. This skin is made for Genus heads, but there are a variety of other skins and shapes made for different heads and bodies in their FabFree gift package. You might get lucky and a skin for your head and body will be included in this lovely free gift package.

The free eyes from NinaX are simply gorgeous. I am currently wearing the BOM version of the eyes, but they also include a Lelutka Evolution applier which I tested on my Lelutka head and they are gorgeous. See the vendor photo below for more eye colours included in the Lark eyes.
