More Swank 7th Anniversary Gifties!

Have you picked up all the gifts at SWANK’s 7th Anniversary yet? They are free for group members and the group is free to join so you have no excuses! Anyhow, here’s what I’m showing from them:

• The Bearded Guy has given this backdrop as the gift from their store. It is a total of 165 Li and has some really nice effects with different windlight settings. There are parts as well that are lit up.
• My dress is the gift from Wild Fashion and includes the heels. It comes in classic avatar mesh sizes as well as standard fitmesh sizes. It is also fit for Belleza, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink, TMP and Tonic. The heels are fit for Maitreya and Slink.

• I’ve also added the nail gift from GO! Makeup. These lovely, long mesh nails come with an HUD that gives seven neutral color options. I thought they worked great with this dress. The nails are fit for Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Signature Alice, and Slink.
• Opulein is offering the lipstick and the set includes 20 pink and red options on appliers for Lelutka Evo and Lelutka Evo X. They are really quite beautiful.

Finally, while its not a gift at SWANK’s anniversary, my hair is a gift at Firestorm’s birthday party! Its from Firelight Hair and comes rigged and unrigged with 16 natural and gradient color choices. There is one for men too!!  Plus, it’s completely free.

Firelight has a great advent calendar this year filled to the brim with cute hairstyles. For a limited time, you can collect all of the past advent gifts for free. That’s 24 free hairstyles! You need to join the free Firelight group to get in on the offer. These are mostly ladies hairstyles, but there are a few goodies thrown in there for the men as well. The beautiful hair I am wearing is one of the free advent gifts. This hairstyle (Rosie) comes in two lovely shades of light reds/gingers. Note that this offer will likely be gone after today. I’m not sure how long these will be available; they could be out longer and they also might not be. The creator also set out a sign saying that there will be a gift card available on December 31st-January 1st, so you may want to stay in the group to collect that giftcard!

A Little 25L Christmas Gift

Finally, the little Christmas decoration seen behind me is a wooden engraving of Santa Claus and Mrs. Clause that hangs on the wall. While I might not normally be a redhead, I found this pumpkin colored hairstyle by Firelight too cute to not share. I also think that the vibrant orange-red color is quite pretty, even if it’s not my usual. That said this pretty ponytail is also free as part of the Swank Pumpkin Hunt. Waiting for The Great Pumpkin

Hello again Fab Free’rs! Thanks for being here. Just like Linus, Pru finds a pumpkin patch to wait in for The Great Pumpkin to appear. Maybe one day he’ll actually appear! This particular pumpkin patch complete with little twinkle lights and pumpkin blossoms is a 10 linden Pumpkin Hunt prize by Lunaria at the Fall Festival for Parkinson’s. Each of the stores has a 10 linden pumpkin, and there are additional pumpkins in the shop booths outside. Most if not all the proceeds from the sales of the pumpkins will go to help fund research for Parkinson’s. I can’t think of a better reason to spend 10 lindens!

Along with the dreamy pumpkin patch prize, Pru picked up this cute coffin dress from Grumble. It’s a single strap dress with a spooky cute coffin pattern on the top. The dress is in the 10 linden pumpkin from Grumble at the Fall Festival. Hello hello Fab Free’rs! Is anyone else just now realizing that Valentine’s Day is just a few days away!? I got caught up in all the hearts and cuteness and forgot to pay attention to the actual date. Thankfully there is still time to find something cute to wear. Shopping on the Down Low

There are times I have to do hunting and shopping with a different look to avoid all the fanboy/girling I get. Today I thought a blonde do and a dark pair of shades would do the trick… No such luck, as I was noticed fairly quickly.  I was at The Wash Cart Sale, so that may be one reason I was noticed. My outfit today is a 10L item from the Dixie Designs cart.  The Skull Hoodie with Jeans is a one piece outfit that comes in mesh sizes XS-XL. I’m still wearing the Sugar Skull Chucks I bought off the Poeme cart also for just 10L.

Hello There Fab Free’rs! Can you believe it’s the end of the week already?! I know I’m ready for the weekend. I’ve talked before about being drawn to the sea, about having a great love for the water. When I saw this kelpie jewelry set group gift at Vengeful Threads, I might have squealed with delight! Half fish half horse, these mythological creatures are a favorite of mine. Thanks to Astrid having posted about the Anniversary round of TWE12VE, I decided to check it out for myself. You can take a look at her post featuring a few gifts from the TWE12VE event here. Needless to say I am not at all disappointed in the gifts I picked up. Keeping with the number 12 theme, each vendor has a single gift set out for just 12 lindens. These long pastel locks are a TWE12VE event gift from Firelight Hair. This luscious long hair style from Firelight Hair comes in rigged and unrigged versions, as well as a fit for the bustier ladies. Opalescent Claws

There is something mythological about the opalescent shimmer of the nail applier gift at TWE12VE by LIVIA. It is really beautiful in person. I can honestly say that even with my usual preference of dark polish, this is my new favorite manicure. The set from LIVIA will work for both fingernails and toenails.
