St. Patty’s Day may be over, but the FabFree St. Patty’s Day Hunt is still raging on until March 25th. Let’s dig into a few more gifts from the hunt!

Finally, I found a great set of nailpolishes from Alaskametro at Free Dove. This is the “Alaska’s favs” collection and they are amazing! I love these nails. They include Omega and Maitreya appliers. Much like the macabre, though a little less romantic, grotesques have been part of art and architecture for centuries. It’s a theme I’ve always romanticized myself, that concept of finding beauty in that which would otherwise be called ugly. Now, before I get too melancholy in my musings I’ve got some pretties to share with you, one of which is this face tattoo by Nar Mattaru that reads “Grotesque” under my right eye. Alongside my finds at Nar Mattaru, I picked up some group gifts from rotten, and torment via Harajuku. Keep reading and I’ll give you all the what and how of things.
Nar Mattaru
Nar Mattaru has a handful of 10 linden offers in the same spot as their group gifts. These 10 linden finds do not require a group tag to purchase. I picked up the face tattoo that says “Grotesque” under the right eye, and has an almost cute little fly under the left eye. The tattoo comes in BOM layers, and an Omega applier with fresh, normal, and faded options.
Also at Nar Mattaru is this smudgy black eye makeup. This eye shadow look is called the “Effortless Smoky Eye” it too is just 10 linden. The grunge-rock princess part of my personality just couldn’t pass this one up. This eye-makeup comes in a BOM layer, and an Omega applier.

I am kind of in love with this lip gloss from rotten. It’s their current group gift, and the group is free to join. I love when I come across amazing makeup finds. Makeup is my favorite way to customize my look without changing my skin. This free lippie set by rotten includes 6 color choices, each with 4 style/opacity variations. In the package you’ll get BOM layers only. Technically these lip colors were made to be worn on Genus heads, but I think they look fantastic on my Catwa head.

If you head over to the Harajuku event you can pick up these gorgeous earrings for free from torment. They are waiting at the torment booth at the Harajuku event. You will need to be wearing the torment group tag. The torment group is free to join. Then while wearing your torment group tag, click the “gift” sign at torment’s spot at Harajuku. These lovelies come in a black/gold version (shown) and a silver/gold version.

Hello Fab Free! This is absolutely my favorite time of year. This is when I can be as spooky as I want to, and no one seems to mind. That said, I think my level of excitement over the Halloween Shop & Hop events might have been the most excitement I’ve felt about an event all year. With several sims full of festive Halloween goodness and freebies, I can’t imagine not being excited. That said, I have several of the freeHalloween Shop & Hop event gifts to share with you. I sincerely hope you love them, I do.
As Aline mentioned in her recent post “The Magic Words” there are 8 total Halloween Shop & Hop sims. Most (if not all) of the participating shops have a free gift, with no group required. Some gifts will require you to pay 1 linden, however you will be instantly refunded. For this look I picked up the free gifts from Pink Cream Pie, #Adored, The Annex, On a Lark, and ChicChica. Pink Cream Pie
My thoroughly blood splattered top is the free Halloween Shop & Hop gift by Pink Cream Pie. This gift comes with a color change hud that has several solid colored tees all with generous amounts of blood splatter.
The free Halloween Shop & Hop gift by #Adored is the cutest little brow tattoo. It reads “Spooky” with the option of wearing it on the right or the left side, in cursive or bold lettering, each with the choice of bold or faded styles. This tattoo comes in tint-able BOM layers only, which gives the added option of having the tattoo in color.
The Annex
I particularly like this fun devil horns headband by The Annex because it glows like neon. It comes in several color choices, so you can wear this fun accessory with multiple outfits. They are also of course free at the Halloween Shop & Hop Event.
I think there’s a rule that says you can’t have Halloween without a black and red manicure. Okay, maybe not, but in my world these bento nails by On a Lark are a must this season. On a Lark has 2 darkly pretty manicure sets as free gifts at the Halloween Shop & Hop event. The ones I am wearing are part of the “Halloween” set that has 4 black and red variations in the set.
Finally, my creepy cocktail is part of the free Halloween Shop & Hop gift by ChicChica. The gift includes two fantastically macabre martinis. Also, each of the Halloween themed drinks has a bento hold pose. Have fun Fab Free!

The ruffled coral pink halter top I’m wearing is a free group gift by the Opia brand for the Poison Rouge group. The group is 30 linden to join. My favorite part of this halter style top is the ribbon that ties it up in the back. The group joiner is located right next to the gift vendor.
The little tattoos around my eye are a free group gift from Riddell. The wording above my eyebrow reads “life goes on” and there are definitely times in life when I feel like that is important to remember. The Riddell group is free to join.
Hello Hello Fab Free’rs! I missed you!! So I had a little hiccup after the holidays, my laptop decided it no longer wanted to work, so I had to order a new one and wait for the new one to come in. Needless to say the wait is over, and it feels so good to be back. So for my first post of 2019 I have this uber cool face tattoo by Speakeasy and these beautiful snowflake adorned ears by PumeC. So let’s get to it!
The Tattoo – This unisex tattoo is a recent find at Speakeasy. It’s just 10 linden in the store, and is an Omega applier with 3 tones. It covers parts of the face, head and neck. I think it’s a really cool find for all the ladies and gents with shaved or partially shaved heads.
The Ears – In a previous post I mentioned that PumeC would have 3 December group gifts. Two of those gifts are pretty skins. The 3rd December group gift at PumeC is this pair of pierced and stretched ears. I think they might become a new favorite of mine. I love snowflakes and quite a few colder months still ahead. The ears are sizeable, and come with a color/texture change hud for skin, tattoo, and all the little metal bits. The ears are free to all PumeC group members, and the group join fee is 399 linden.
Hello There Fab Free’rs! One thing I am certain to be excited about in both real and Second Life is free makeup. It does not happen nearly as often in real life, so thankfully there’s SL. La Malvada Mujer recently put out this cool glam grunge makeup applier set as a free gift for everyone. The set includes lipstick appliers with 3 iridescent color options, and tattoo/eye makeup appliers with 3 variations. There is an Omega applier and a Genus applier for both the lipstick and eye makeup/tattoo.
To best show how the makeup looks, I used the Omega appliers to apply the makeup to Pru’s Catwa Koura head in the photo on the left. The photo on the right shows Pru wearing the Genus Project Classic head and having used the Genus makeup appliers. I love this unique makeup look with the almost holographic looking lipstick, the stylized bee tattoo, and even the smudgy black eye-shadow on the lower lid. The Horns – I think it goes without saying these horns are stunning. S t u n n i n g. They also happen to be one of the most recent free group gifts at Sweet Thing. I couldn’t tell you the number of photos I took just watching how the light bounced off the detailed ridges of these awesome horns. Can you tell I love them?! This free group gift from Sweet Thing comes with a color change hud with 22 color choices for the main part of the horns, and the option to choose from the same 22 colors for the tips of the horns.
