Hello There Fab Free’rs! It’s true what they say, we all need some balance. Like exercising means there’s room for doughnuts, right?! For the sake of balance, I’ve got two group gifts to share with you. This super cute outfit by Pretty Little Thing is a free group gift, and the camera necklace is a group gift at e.marie. The Outfit – Whether getting pumped up at the gym or lounging around the house, Pretty Little Thing has the perfect outfit. This time we did a bit of the Jester’s Revenge Hunt and picked up the male and female hunt prizes at Mishmash. The Jester’s Revenge Hunt is a free hunt, and it lasts until April 30th.
Though definitely not your typical everyday wear, I thought these free matching outfits by Mishmash were a lot of fun. They would be great for roleplay, or themed parties. Each of the outfits is a separate prize. You’ll be hunting a little gold nugget. Both outfits come in several sizes. The men’s suit also includes an alpha layer.
Hi Fab Free! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been in need of a pool day for weeks. Second Life to the rescue! Of course, no pool day of mine would be complete without my sweetheart. He’s the best, and he still think’s I’m pretty cute even when I’m bein’ a little extra at the pool! haha We both managed to find some great sales, and a few summer freebies to share with you as well. To use them as a photo prop, I just rez’d one to the ground and positioned it in Pru’s hands.

Hi Fab Free! Thank you for being here. Have you noticed all the hunts happening? It seems to me there are quite a few. I did a little bit of the Save Earth Hunt, and wanted to share two of the gifts with you. The Save Earth Hunt is a grid-wide dollarbie hunt. Each prize is just 1 linden, and the hunt object is a pink rosebud. The dress, and the animated umbrella Pru is having a ball with are both 1 linden SEH prizes. The Umbrella – I thought this fun umbrella prop by Orphic for the Save Earth Hunt was just too cute to not share with you. It comes in a day version (shown) and a night version (not shown). By clicking the handle of the umbrella you can turn the rain particle effect on or off. Clicking the top part of the umbrella will let you start or stop the animated pose. This playful hunt prize is just 1 linden, so don’t miss out!

The Dress – The patchwork and denim sundress Pru has on is by Freda. This style dress just screams happy warm sunshine days in my opinion. I love it when I find loungewear that is both comfortable looking and a little bit sexy. The white top is quite sheer, so you may or may not want to wear something under it. The Full Body Tattoo – I’m a total fan of Frida Kahlo so when Love mentioned a free “Frida” tattoo out at Mister Razzor, I was on it! Not only is this full body applier tattoo free, there’s no group required. Simply pay the vendor 0 linden and this gorgeous tattoo is yours. It comes in omega appliers, and can be split up to be worn just the lower body portion of the tattoo, just the upper body portion, or both for the full effect. Each one has 3 different opacity levels as well. Again, no group needed, so don’t miss out on this fabulous free find.

Hello There Fab Free’rs! It’s true, in my heart of hearts I am really super nerdy. I doubt that comes as much of a surprise! All the same when I saw the latest gift for Fabulously Free in SL group members from Eclectic Stars, you better believe I snagged it quick. This Star Wars themed v-neck tee has the Rebel symbol and the phrase “I Rebel” in yellow. I really like this casual top on so many levels, not just for the obvious Star Wars reference, though that’s a big plus in my book. This cute top from Eclectic Stars is FREE to all Fab Free group members. It comes in several mesh sizes, and has an alpha layer for non mesh avatars. Alright, I know it’s a huge cliche to suggest that to be nerdy you should wear glasses or that wearing glasses is nerdy but come on, these are cute! They also are technically a mens gift from BlankLine. I happened across these FREE basic black glasses while surfing through Flickr. They come with resize scripts for easy fitting. To get your pair head over to BlankLine (if you land in the “Mens Department” you’re in the right spot) and there’s a BlankLine group joiner right at the landing spot. Welcome back to the blog Fab Free’rs! I have to say autumn is the one time of year that I am most excited about hunts in Second Life. I love all things fall or Halloween related. Maybe it’s because I was born this time of year, both in real life and in Second Life. You might laugh at me for this, but no joke, I started decorating my house for Halloween the second week in September. Haha Needless to say, I was super excited to hear about the Halloween Hunt at Oubliette.
In celebration of the season Oubliette is having a Halloween Hunt with 10 total hunt prizes hidden in the Oubliette shop and the grounds surrounding. There are 8 home furniture and decor items, and 2 lounge-wear items. Each hunt prize is just 10 lindens. There are no group tags required for this hunt, everyone can participate. There is a playful occult-ish theme to these hunt items. If you’re unfamiliar with Oubliette, the style is sometimes a tad macabre and always beautiful. Every one of the decor or furniture items in the above photo is included in this hunt from the darkly whimsical embroidery to the sleeping kitty on the rug. The black and purple Victorian era inspired chair has a few male and female sit poses, the one in the photo however is from Pru’s animation override-r.
Along with the lovely home goods, this beautiful maxi style off-the-shoulder dress and matching slippers are part of the Oubliette Home Halloween Hunt. There is something a little bit pagan and a little bit bohemian about this comfy lounge-wear. Wearing these items makes me wanna curl up with a good book and a warm mug of coffee, thankfully the coffee and books are part of the Oubliette hunt too! Both clothing items come in several sizes for easy fitting. These fun Halloween themed items will be available for hunting at Oubliette through the entire month of October.
