Short Hair
My hair is the latest free group gift from Fabia. The gift is a fatpack of hair that comes with a really great hairstyle HUD as well! You can choose to have the hair pushed behind one ear, the other ear, or neither ear. Options for days! Fabia is 100L to join if you’re not already in the group and totes worth it! There are some previous group gifts still out in the store as well. I just activated my group tag and clicked the vendor picture in the store and free hair was all miiiiiiine.
Unzipped Shorts
I’m not typically a fan of the half opened shorts look – “Zip up your pants! We’re trying to live in a society here! And get off my lawn!” But in this case I’ll make an exception because these are super cute and really well done. Yes, that’s all that it takes for me to change my mind. It’s proving to be a busy weekend between Memorial Day stuff and all of the graduation parties, but I wanted to sneak in a quick post here in honor of what I believe to be the unsung hero of any outfit – appliers. We go on about hair and clothes, but what’s there behind it all, holding everything together? Appliers. You could even say that I have “mad love” for appliers. See what I did there? The blog title total fits now and couldn’t possibly just be a song that I’ve been listening to a lot lately.

I love a good tattoo and this one is soooooo pretty. And FREE, which obviously makes it even better! It’s a new group gift from Lush. You know the routine…join Lush’s free group and go to their store to pick up the prettiness. Easy peasy.
Makeup Too
Sintiklia has a box of free stuff in their store too. Well actually it’s 1L but same difference, right? This one doesn’t even require a group join, just buy the gift wrapped box that’s sitting on the front desk. Hello Fabulouses! What a weekend it was for me in RL. My hard drive failed in my computer, and then I ran into technical difficulties with installing the new one. Fortunately, once I was able to return to SL, there were no problems there. Ripley and I quickly got back into the swing of hunting for budget friendly fashions, and discovered this sleek button front frock to share with our favorite readers.
Pretty in Purple (or Whatever Color You Choose)
My curve-hugging mini dress today is the latest free group gift from Erratic. Featuring short sleeves, and a buttoned closure, this little number is quite sassy with a few of its fasteners undone. TIP: If you are ever having trouble joining a group that a group gift is set to (depending on your viewer – I am on Firestorm), instead of searching around for a group join sign, you can simply right click your mouse and “edit” the group gift giver. In the General Tab you can find which group the gift is set to. Click on that group and join it! This doesn’t work every time… but most times it does :).
