Hi Again Fab Free’rs! Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m just going to come right out and say it, there are days when I really wish I could wear this shirt to work irl. Just sayin’! Finally… FaMESHed

Good morning Fabulouses!  I have been trying since May 1st to get into FaMESHed for their big anniversary round to take advantage of the huge load of group gifts available, and after a week of trying…

I MADE IT IN!  I MADE IT IN!  I FINALLY GOT INTO FAMESHED!

At this round of FaMESHEd, almost every vendor as a free group gift set to the FaMESHed inworld group (which is free to join).  You will find them in blue boxes on the floor in front of the vendor displays.  It is still very hard to teleport into the event, but don’t give up – persistence pays off, and don’t worry if you can’t get in right away because this is a month long event.  I’m sure it will be easier to get into near the end of the event, and the gifts will all still be there!

Three For Now…

Today I am showing off three of the FaMESHed group gifts, but I will indeed be back here on FabFree to show you more of them!!

• United Color –  The Sima Dress in a summery Sherbet shade is the free group gift offered by United Colour.  It comes with a HUD system that allows you to change the skirt between three textures, as well as take it off and have the option to just wear the top on it’s own. My Laggy Event Advice…

Make sure before you teleport into the event that you have:

• Stripped down to a low lag outfit or an alpha layer.
• Removed your AO and other HUDs.
• Turned off all of your gestures. / tummy talkers, tails etc.
• Turn your settings down as low as they will go.
• Join the group before you get there from search, so you are not looking for a group joiner that may or may not actually rez for you.

Once you arrive:

• Derender other avatars.
• Allow yourself to fully rez before you move around.
• Don’t panic if you crash, simply log back into your last location and it should just put you back where you were.

Winding Down

I decided to put my roleplay hat on… or rather my wings on! Because I found an amazing little FREE in-store mini hunt at Tiar that is not to be missed. Right now if you bunny hop to Tiar, the creator is hosting an in-store mini Easter Egg hunt where you can get free goodies. There are eggs full of prizes all over the store. A Cascade of Magic

Sometimes a little fantasy pick-me-up is just the thing to make your day… and today I felt like making a little magic! I picked up a few things around the grid sure to make any role player’s day a bit more magical, and I’m here to let you in on the magician’s secrets!

Right now if you stop by [EvelineInTheBox], the creator’s February gift is out. It is this lovely Thyri Cascade dress in mesh (all the standard sizes) that is really just fantastic. I love the way the dress curves around my avatar’s body! It is FREE to group member and the group is FREE to join, making this lovely gift a sweet deal!

My roleplay character Astrid is a fey who does light and magic using staffs… so when I saw this crystal staff at A.D.D.Andel! I fell in love! It is only 50L per spin at the in-store gacha and there are lots of beautiful staffs in the machine. These are even modifiable, so I was able to make mine have a bit of a glow to better fit how I envisioned my character. Love, love, love this!
