No, Really, I’ve Been Spring Cleaning All Morning!

Hello Fabulous Readers!  Honestly, I have been busy working on organizing the garage all morning!  I’m just in the middle of one of my rare breaks.  Bruiser, here, wandered over from next door, and I had to pause, give him a long scritch between his ears, and slip him a Ripley snack or two.  Good thing the Pupster was off on a walk with Kat, otherwise there might have been a rumble around here!

For Him…

Loyal reader Geoffrey Edwardstone sent in a tip that there are some terrific prizes to locate in the For Him Hunt.  You may have already seen that Loki blogged the Horr Menswear hunt prize {here}.  It sure looks great on him!  Astrid shared the Storax Tree’s Seattle Loft Small Table {here}, which is another hunt item.  After seeing all of these goodies, and reading Geoffrey’s note, I decided to tackle this hunt for myself.  In no time at all, I picked up my Camo Cargo Shorts over at {Fe Style}.  The package includes two fit mesh options, plus mesh for classic avatars.  By adjusting the alpha layer on my Belleza body, I got a terrific fit, even though there is not a specific mesh avatar version.  With plenty of pockets to stash the day’s necessities in, and a cool camo print, I can see myself sporting these shorts often.  Once I located the wrench concealed in the shop, this summer wardrobe staple cost me just one Linden dollar.  Thanks so much for the heads up, Geoffrey!

Don’t Get Up

This is exactly what my RL dog does when he doesn’t want me to get up. He’ll just lay across me, so I can’t easily move in hopes that I don’t bother.  Fortunately my RL dog is much smaller than my SL variety.

I’ve Got A Pocket Full of Sunshine

Hey there Fabulous Readers!  While I am still knee deep in RL snow, I am thankful that I can take some time out of my day to enjoy the sun in Second Life.

Turning Up The Heat

I have been spending a lot of time exploring the Devin Sim lately, and I have been finding so many wonderful little spots for photography and quiet moments, but I hadn’t yet seen that there is a really nice beachy area on the far side of the landing point!  I am glad I flew up and looked down to see if I had missed anything because it was just what I needed!  I plopped myself into a beach chair, settled into a comfy resting pose and turned up the sunshine (via windlight, of course!).

Watching Westworld?

Hey there FabFree!  So…  I’ve just caught up on the Vikings TV Series which I really enjoyed,  and now I am eyeing up the science fiction / western series called Westworld.  The trailer  looks interesting, adventurous and mysterious…  I just might give it a try.  Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Hi there Fabulouses!  Yesterday, in Astrid’s Vintage? or New Age? Blog Post, she mentioned that there are free gifts at almost every vendor participating in The Vintage Fair and she wasn’t kidding about the amount!  There are tons to pick up – with no group join.  I found a couple  in the bunch that I wanted to show off to you today.

Your garden grows where you water it…

The sweet summer dress I am wearing today is called Janae and can be found as a free gift at the Belle Epoque display.  This dress comes in one fitmesh size that should fit most.  The fit and texturing are top notch and you’ll be glad you stopped in for it!

The other item I wanted to mention is this Watering pose by Nantra that was also free, and was found at their vendor display.  This pose is very natural and actually has sprinkling water coming out of the nozzle lol.  Truth be told, I am not very talented in the garden, but…  I can handle the watering.
