I love hunting on MP for good deals. It’s a chore to sort through Demos, but there are some really great finds out there! This body paint is just in time for Valentine’s Day is a seriously sweet 1L!!!! The ArtYpix body paint comes in red hearts in system layers and is only available on MP. If you right click to add those system layers, they appear perfectly. There is also a heart emitter that you can attach, but it got in the way of the way of the pictures. For just 1L, you can really surprise your SL love!!!

Hello there Fab Free’rs! I was one of those kids that spent way too much time afraid of being called a nerd. I’d hide my love of books, fantasy, and anything that might label me as geeky, nerdy, or dorky. The funny thing is, all that hiding never gained me any popularity either. Now that I’ve fully embraced my nerdiness it’s pretty darn awesome if I do say so myself! Alongside my nerdy adoration of books I love fashion and can get especially geeky about a great bargain.
TRS Designs
For this look I picked up the free Stay at Home Club gift dress at TRS Designs. I have to say this dress is even cuter on than it is in photos. I really wish I’d picked this one up sooner. It has the loose fit of a t-shirt dress, with the added details of leather-like straps that come together in a Y shape in the back. I’m also loving the wine red and slate grey tie-dye. To get yours simply head over to TRS Designs and purchase the dress for zero linden from the Stay at Home Club vendor.
I also don’t think it’s a secret that I love tattoos. DAPPA has been a recent favorite tattoo shop of mine. This heavily detailed upper body tattoo is the newest group gift at DAPPA and I’m geeking out about how great it looks. It’s a unisex tattoo with several appliers and BOM layers each with the choice of a fresh or faded look. The DAPPA group is free to join, and there are several male/female/unisex free group gifts available.
Last, but not at all least, no cute nerd girl look would be complete without glasses. I love these round specs by BND. They are just 5 linden on the Marketplace. With the glasses you get a texture change hud with options for the frames and lenses. There’s also a backup pair of glasses just in case you need them. Also, they can be manually resized which I really like.

It’s a good time to be part of the Blueberry in-world group if you’re not already. Caroline gave me the heads up that just a day or two ago they sent out a group gift via notices that is a complete Mega Pack. There’s also a 350 linden store credit available to group members also in a notice sent out today! You guys, that makes the 20 linden join fee worth it worth it worth it!!
The generous Mega Pack gift from Blueberry includes the puffer jacket, and dress with lots of options. Along with several sizes, the jacket and dress can be worn together or separately. Oh my gosh, Becky look at her ink! She must be one of those shoppers who went to the Second Anniversary round of Bodyfy. Haha All silliness aside, there are quite a few free gifts at the current round of Bodyfy in celebration of their second year running. Most of the gifts are (you guessed it!) tattoos. Chop Zuey
The current round of On9 has a new gift available from Chop Zuey. The jeweled septum piercing Pru is wearing is a FREE gift at the On9 event. The piercing comes in 3 metal tones, black, silver, and gold. There is also a color change hud for the gemstones. Usually you would need to wear an On9 group tag for gifts at the event, however I was able to pick this gift from Chop Zuey up for FREE with no group needed. The gift is waiting at the Chop Zuey booth at On9. Should a group become required, not to worry, the On9 group is FREE to join.

This gift at Apple May Designs is extra awesome because you don’t have to join the group to get it. Well Hello Fab Free’rs! Once again it seems the week has gotten away from me. I am sensing a recurring theme in my world as of late, I never seem to know where all my time goes! I suppose that means I’m having fun, you know the saying: time flies when you’re having fun. Whatever the case, one thing I can say for sure, I do think this look is tons of fun and just the right side of sinister.

Hello There Fab Free’rs, I hope it’s obvious that Pru is channeling a little Olivia Newton -John circa the 1978 version of Grease. As I was trying things on and putting this look together my mind went right to Sandy’s post makeover look. I can just hear Sandy saying “Tell me about it, Stud.” while Danny Zuko struggled to handle her sexy new look! Needless to say, I had some fun with this one, and I hope you like it.
Now I’m sure you’re wondering, where’d I get most of this stuff!? Thanks to one of the photos in our Fabulously Free in SL Flickr group, I found out about an event called Hashtag 7 Colors of the Rainbow. To be perfectly honest I don’t know much about the event other than there were a lot of colorful items and most of the vendors had at least one gift out, some had several. Each gift ranged in cost from FREE to as much as 10 lindens, most gifts I saw were set at 5 lindens. Leave it to me to find the least colorful gifts to show, what can I say I’m a sucker for black! I also picked up a recent gift by LIVIA from the Marketplace because I needed to have some gorgeous red lips to finish the look. Starting with the top rather than from the top, this black and gold bodysuit is one of many gifts at the Hashtag 7 Colors of the Rainbow event. The gift is from a shop called Alpha Female. It includes appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, Slink, and classic system layers for non mesh avatars. I am not always a big fan of applier clothing, however this bodysuit is really well done. I think the textures are beautiful. This gift is just 5 lindens, no group needed.
Next up, this boho bangle is from a shop called Shake, and you’ll find it at the Hashtag 7 Colors of the Rainbow event as well. This gift is a FREE one with no need for a group. The bracelet is able to be resized via touch menu. I love the detail in this piece of jewelry, if you look close, it has what looks to me like a cat face in the center of the design. I’m not sure if that was intentional or a happy accident, either way it makes me like it even more.
The last of the gifts from the Hashtag 7 Colors of the Rainbow event that I intend to show are these super sexy high-waist skinny pants from Hi-lo. They are also just 5 lindens. I love these pants. They are one of those staple wardrobe items, everyone should own a pair. The style is timeless, and they are great with a wide variety of tops from sweaters to crops. This 5 linden gift comes in fitmesh sizes, and a body specific size for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink bodies.
