The Boats and Bikinis Expo (2013)

Hello Hello Fabulous Ones!!

Today I ran over to the Boats & Bikinis Expo, and did the hunt there…. “How does the hunt work Care?” you ask…. well…. They posted the instructions on the website hehehe… Here they are…

INSTRUCTIONS: Visit the Hanalei Tourism Office on the Expo sim to start the hunt! Follow the clues and search for suitcases inside each store! You MUST complete this hunt by following each clue in order–skipping ahead is not allowed! Use the teleport boards placed around the sim to easily find each location!

((PLEASE NOTE!  Capacious is not on the teleport boards, but the store IS on the sim!  Simply take the teleport to Aphrodite Shop–it is right next door, or you can take the linkie in my post here…. I snagged one for you <3))

So… go and find those lost suitcases and get your loot!!   But first…. check out the gifties you get!

The First Annual Sand & Sea Expo – 2013!

The first annual Sand & Sea Expo is on NOW and will only run until May 5th!  This fun aquatic event  is packed full of featured creations from the participating designers as well as FREE GIFTS!  Yes, you heard me right!!  There are gifts all over the place set out for you to take advantage of as well as The Beachcombers Event which is a unique hunt…  There are two entrances – make sure you check both out!

How the Beachcomber Event works:

Each of the vendors have  agreed to donate a free gift to the Beachcomber Expo. During this event, visitors will visit the displays, locate the  “Beachcomber Shell”, and give it a click.   If they are lucky, they will receive the gift item from that vendor. If they are unlucky, they will be unable to try again for two hours.

One gift per avatar, per vendor!  Below is an example of the shell you are looking for:

Catching Snowflakes

You are going to want to grab a coffee and a couple of cookies or something because this has turned out to be quite a long post, and put on a pair of runners too because I’ll have you running from one side of SL to the other.  I have some freebies to share and some great deals mixed in too, so bare with me while I go on and on about all this fun stuff!

I’ll start with the outfit I am wearing 🙂  The mesh Paisley Blouse and mesh Bow Pants are made by Even.flow and are featured at Acid Lily this week at the special prices of 65-69L.  I picked up these cute S.S Mesh Woolie Booties at Acid Lily this week also for just 70L.  All three items are available in several colours.

The lovely skin I am in today is a free Peace On Earth Hunt 5 prize from Rockberry called Skyler POE5 and includes several skintones with options as well as freckles.  Another POEH5 prize I am wearing is the Callie Cline Eternal Peace Ring which is stone colour changeable with a click!  When you are hunting for these items – you should be looking for a globe icon.

With Love, Again Hunt – Part 3

Woot!  You can actually go inside the train at Inaka!  I have been spending a lot of time on the Inaka Sim – every time I visit, I find something I hadn’t seen the last time.  Anyways, I have more more  more of the With Love, Again Hunt to show you..  from inside the train. lol

Just a quick little post and back in bed to fight off this terrible cold!  I’ve been sick for almost a week and I’m sick of being sick!  Anyway enough about that and on to the clothes!  This gorgeous Divine dress is a group gift for caLLie cLine members (look for the HUGE purple gift box at the entrance of the store).  The gift includes the color changeable diamond jewelry set and also a mini version of the dress.  I have to show the back view of the gown as well since its a heart shape!!!  Too Cute!  Normally there is a fee for the caLLie cLine group, but right now the group is free to join.  This is a limited time offer so act quick!

When I put on the Divine gown I remembered that I recently picked up the new Vampy skin gift for Al VULO! members.  This pale skin has a trickle of blood seeping from the lips.  Absolutely Divine for an after dinner stroll… before desert!

Yesterday the 10 for 10 event began.  10 content creators, 10 locations, 10 items for 10L and 10 items for 110L all during this 10 day event!  Each one of the L$110 items is inside all the kiosks, just click the appropriate logo.  The center of the kiosk contains the special L$10 item.  Each location has another designer’s L$10 item instead of their own so tp to all 10 locations.

The cushion pillow is from Glitterati, MudHoney Designs offers the Embroidery Hoop Wall Hanging and the dieci planter is from Barnesworth Anubis.

The gray Brigadier scarf is the L$10 item from Indyra Originals and the black Heart Rock ring is from caLLie cLine.  The ocean nature eyes are from MADDesigns.  Djinn & Tonic offers three makeup layers in cherry bomb, plummet, and sweetly.  The Truth L$10 item has four tank tops.

I couldn’t resist picking up a few of the L$110 offers.  The Padma hair is from Truth and comes in an entire fatpack for only L$110!!!  The Noir Coquette Egoista heels are the L$110 item from Indyra Originals that I couldn’t pass up!

I see Zombies… and popcorn!

After seeing the wonderful Zombie Popcorn Hunt prizes Whisper showed, I decided that I needed to do this hunt!  I’m just now opening these and decided I would post and sort through the mountain of popcorn bag that are in my inventory!

The baby blue stripe dress and red sneakers are from A-Bomb.  I LOVE the blue little VooDoo Baby from VooDoo.

DeeTaleZ has he button beige boyfriend shirt, jean shorts, brown eyes, April smokey eye skin, and a shape!  I’m wearing my personal shape, in the pictures.

Doppelganger Inc. is my extremely talented brother (younger step-brother) Syler’s store (you may remember that he was our very first male blogger for FabFree).  Two Henley baseball t-shirts are in the Zombie Popcorn at Doppelganger!  The black coal Melinda hair is from Amacci.

The black and silver Shucola gown is from KIM.  This also comes with a mini dress version.  The copper Eudora hair and brown pale Promise eyes are from Kmadd.  The black Smug boots are a must have from Ducknipple.

The red stripe long tank Zombie dress from Acid & Mala comes with socks, knee warmers, elbow warmers, and even a bloody version of the dress!  Blitzed has a pair of male and female black spike bracelets.  NSD has a multi-color ChompChomp Zombie shirt.  The black skirt is from Tart.  The smoking cigarette is from Moq Design.  Slutcookie will put you in the Zombie Killah mood with the bloody cutoff shirt and jean skirt.  The Persian Passion tattoo is from Para Designs.

I really like the casual plaid indigo shirt from [name pending].  The plaid Knurd pants come in blue, green, pink, and yellow and are from Soap Co.  caLLie cLine offer a silver glitter tank.  The unisex beaded necklace is from Gems & Kisses.

It’s time for bikini season and Pig has the Classy Crocheted bikini in the dustbunny color.  The gory blood tatoo is from deVOL.  Boingo has a soft violet bikini for the women and silver Gladiator pants for the men.  The bubblegum pink Skull kini is from Holli Pocket.

So what? has a bloody pants and jacket set.  The revealing black popcorn leggings and crop top is from -AXE-.  There is also a very nice unisex Egyptian Ankh Medallion from -AXE-.

ManCandy has this very nice blue Hipster suit.  I’m betting this looks just as great on guys!  The brunette Angel hair is from IrEn.

Dress like a little doll in the Bethany Sunflower dress from Opa’s Boutique.  Or be a little raunchy in the pink zipper dress from Dantel.  The dress includes the matching bangles, but you’ll have to find some pasties!
