I just couldn’t put the book I was reading down. Blue had gone to bed hours ago, at what anyone would have considered a late hour. I had replied that I too would call it a night after just a moment longer. One more page, a chapter, just a bit more. A moment longer turned into hours later, the once blazing fire in the fireplace now glowing red embers, and the morning sun was hinting over the horizon.
It didn’t help the situation that I had the cozy comfort of the oversized arm chair and a fuzzy warm blanket to keep me content and steadily reading my book. Come to think of it the glass of wine probably contributed to my unintentional all-nighter as well. It was one of those nights out like I hadn’t had in a long while. Summer in the south means even the nights are hot, but not nearly as sweltering as the day. Just about any excuse to get out and take your mind of the heat after the sun has gone down is welcome. Street racing is a popular pass-time, and it brings with it an exciting atmosphere where one can socialize after dark. Afterward there’s always a favorite dive bar where everyone is welcome, even if you don’t drink, and people play pool all night long even though the table hasn’t been level in years. It was fun to get dressed up, and get out of the house for a reason that didn’t include grocery shopping. To see, and be seen.
Eternal Limited
This is one of those outfits that you dress up in for no one else. You wear it for yourself because it looks good, and you feel good in it. From the moment I put this dress on I felt like a sexy goth pinup ghoul, like it was made just for me. Depending on the lighting this sexy dress from Eternal Limited has the look of satin, latex, or leather. The purple flames on the skirt remind me of the custom paint jobs you see on vintage hot rods, and for me that is just icing on an already delicious cake. Because of the hip-high slits on either side of the dress I felt more comfortable wearing it like a long top with cute black skinny pants. So now that I’ve sold at least some of you this hot little dress, I’ll tell you the price. Free. Yes, free. It is one of several free group gifts at Eternal Limited and the group is free to join.
Though the name of the store is This is Wrong, their new Stay at Home Club gift tattoo is so very right. It is a unisex upper body tattoo and it’s completely free. It’s a good time to be part of the Blueberry in-world group if you’re not already. Caroline gave me the heads up that just a day or two ago they sent out a group gift via notices that is a complete Mega Pack. There’s also a 350 linden store credit available to group members also in a notice sent out today! You guys, that makes the 20 linden join fee worth it worth it worth it!!
The generous Mega Pack gift from Blueberry includes the puffer jacket, and dress with lots of options. Along with several sizes, the jacket and dress can be worn together or separately. If you want to wear both together, wear the jacket in your size and use the detailed customization hud to show the dress. From there you can pick from tons of color options for the dress, jacket, and metal parts. Additionally, there is an option to hide or show panties with a lace option for those as well as the color choices. Reminder, the Blueberry group has a one time join fee of 20 linden. Don’t forget to check the notices!
I personally chose to wear the group gift dress from Blueberry as a shirt and put on a cute pair of denim shorts by Nerdosarus. I found them for just 10 linden on the Marketplace. For that price especially, these shorts are a steal! The shorts come in 5 denim shades, each in an Omega applier as well as classic system layers.
Le Poppycock
The Pose Fair is a must-go-to shopping stop. There are so many free gifts I can’t even tell you how many, and there are poses for everyone. The Pose Fair group is also free to join, just wear the group tag and click the gift boxes to get your free gift. These cute little cacti are part of the Pose Fair gift by Le Poppycock. This gift includes the cacti and a single bento hold pose.

Hello again Fab Free! So maybe my milkshake isn’t bringing boys to the yard, but it should bring you guys to Limit8! This strawberry milkshake, among quite a few other things, is a freeLimit8 group gift in celebration of the current Birthday round of Limit8. Most if not all of the participating designers have set out a free gift. Eyes – So after I took the above photo, I realized you really can’t see these gorgeous eyes by NamiiChu. They are part of a set of mesh eyes available for free at Limit8. The set includes 4 pairs of individual eyes so you can mix and match them. These pupil-less eyes have an otherworldly look to them that I think is really beautiful. Face Moles – The second above photo shows these cute face moles by Arise a bit better as well. This variation is one of 6 included in the Catwa hud. Strawberry Milkshake – Alright, so I’m a sweet-a-holic, and strawberry is hands down my favorite milkshake flavor. Red and White
S@BBiA set out a couple of new gifts this month, and I’m wearing both of them here today. They are perfect for staying warm and cozy during a walk in the snow.
The first gift is my dress, which is new on the lucky board. The Slit Sweater Dress & Velour Pleated Skirt comes in 2 pieces, so you could possibly wear them separately if you wished. Both items come in a one-size-fits-all mesh with an alpha layer.
The second gift is these red suede Western Boots, which are S@BBiA’s newest group gift. The boots are sized for Maitreya and Slink feet.
I love the way both gifts go together so well. 🙂

I was so thrilled when I got the notice that LeLutka was sending out their annual Spirit Tree. This year’s tree is a beauty: snowy green with big, silver decorations. And the best part is that it’s completely FREE!
Just join the LeLutka in-world group (NOT the LeLutka For Me users group) and save a copy from the notices. Or head over to the store to pick one up, if you’d rather. Lots of past group gifts are available (including FREE hair), so be sure to grab those as well, if you haven’t already done so.
The Spirit Tree is resizable with a right-click > edit > stretch. Be sure to watch your land impact, because the tree gets more “primmy” as it gets larger.
More Advent Gifts
[CIRCA] Living is hosting their 8th Annual Advent Calendar, and the gifts are really lovely!
This year’s Advent is a bit different:
From Dec 1 – 24, [CIRCA] will be offering a new advent item (up to 4 per day) in a numbered square.
This works similar to previous years except there is a new in-world group to join: [CIRCA] Living – Christmas Advents. It is free to join – just look for the RED group sign beside the large Advent tree on the wall.
You must wear your group tag (see above) to buy the contents of each square, except for the 0L surprise days. Each item will be 1L – 75L for any given day in the Advent tree. You can purchase any or all of the gifts for that day.
Sometimes there will be bonus squares on surprise days for an extra gift or color variation for group members, so don’t miss those.
On the Eve of Dec 24th, the group will be closed. Those still in the group at that time will receive the final gift on Dec 25th.
Sample items are on display in the store, and more will be displayed as the days go on. Each day’s gifts are only available for 2-3 days at a time, so don’t wait too long to check them out!

I’m not feeling the blues, but I’m definitely wearing them! Not long ago, we welcomed I.M. Collection to the Fab Free Designer family. This made me happy because I really love their stuff (in case you hadn’t noticed, lol)!
So today I’m wearing I.M. Collection’s new gift for Fab Free group members, which includes both the dress and heels. Dress sizes include Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, as well as a Fitmesh version. The shoes are sized for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh feet.

Look at These Nails!
Seriously, I am really loving these nails from LIVIA. And the best part is that they are a completely FREE gift for the Women Only Hunt 4.
The Snow Royale nail appliers work on Slink and Maitreya mesh hands, as well as hands that are Omega compatible, such as Vista and Tuty (Omega installer sold separately). Four different designs are included, so depending on your hands, you can wear all the same design, or different designs on each finger, as I’m doing here.
NOTE: This hunt allows decoys, and there is at least one that I found in the store. But hang in there; the “real” snowflake is not too hard to find, especially if you have the clue before you go hunting. 🙂
Snow Chains
Before I end this very long post (sorry!), I want to mention my necklace, which was an Advent calendar gift from Snowpaws. The Metal Snowflake Necklace was the gift for day 4. It is not resizeable, but you can reposition it.
Like the Advent calendars I mentioned previously HERE, Snowpaws’s calendar gifts do not expire after one day, so you can still pick up all the previous days’ gifts.
