Simply Fabulous Free and Under L$75 Finds in Second Life – Since 2007

FabFree Photo Challenge #8 – FabFree Challenge Champion

Our seventh round of the FabFree Photo Challenge, April Showers has ended, and we had a ton of truly excellent rainy day submissions!  Rain is a tricky thing to find in Second Life, and when I come across a good rain display I am always pleased!  The sound of the raindrops falling is peaceful to me, even inworld.

Thank you to those that took the time to participate!  It was Madison Mars that took the title of FabFree Photo Challenge Champion for this round with her amazing rainy day shot photo below!  Congratulations Madison!

Thanks for playing along everyone!

FabFree Photo Challenge #8 – April Showers

** Last day to submit photos – April 29th, 2014

With a new month, comes a new FabFree Photo Challenge!  This month the theme is April Showers, so bring out your brellies and your wellies and show us how you handle the spring rain!

FabFree now hosts Monthly Photo Challenges!   On the 1st of each month a new challenge will be released.  It was initially intended to challenge us FabFree bloggers and add a little fun to our posts, however it was suggested to me that we open it up and allow the whole grid to participate!

Here’s how it works:

1.  Create a photo inworld based on the theme that is posted here at FabFree.

2.  Upload your photo to the FabFree Photo Challenge Flickr Pool by the challenge end date (please rename your photo “FabFree Photo Challenge Submission”).

3.  Leave a comment on the challenge post with a link to your flickr photo (and blog post if you wish).

4.  On the last day of the challenge, a winner will be chosen by our staff of bloggers and will be featured on the blog as “The FabFree Photo Challenge Champion”.

1.  Your photo must contain one absolutely free item.

2.  Please keep your photos family friendly (eg.  no naughty bits displayed).

3.  You may enter as many times as you like.

4.  Most of all – have fun, and don’t be afraid to enter.  Everyone from photography levels are welcome to participate.
