You gotta be cruel to be kind

In the right measure, but we should all do our best to uplift and brighten everyone’s days within limits. Don’t ever put yourself in danger of losing the spark that makes you shine brightly in a world of darkness. Making people smile is always a great step to spreading joy like a horrible fad, but keep it going don’t just stop because you don’t know the person, they could be having a hard day today and your random act of kindness could be what saves them.

Gym, Tan, Laundry

Gearing up for the summer I hopped in the car and went to the local tanning salon where I found peaceful bliss in solitude. Wearing this adorable FREE black swimsuit I found from the {Women Only Hunt 6} from American Bazaar I popped in the bed and by the time it was over I felt like I had rested for days. I like to take my time getting out of the room when I’m done and I assume that I took too long because the woman at the front desk came to check on me mid jam to my favorite tune. The embarrassment is real.

Here in the Garden

Can you believe it’s already the end of the first week in June? I’m pretty sure May was the longest single month I’ve ever experienced. I’m happy to be here in the month of June. Hello to the Fabulous in the land of pixels. I come to you with free gifts and a sugary sweet cupcake. I also might have had more coffee than usual today. Most of the many participating designers in this round have generously placed out a free gift to help celebrate. The gifts require the free-to-join Cosmo event group. Once you’re wearing your tag you just need to click the sparkly gold gift boxes to get the free gifts. I picked up this cute hairstyle by Limerence. It’s called Diza, and it comes in a “Special” color pack. I tinted mine to this dark brunette shade using the Limerence hud. I also got this tasty cupcake from the Focus Poses gift. This delicious freebie includes the pose as well.

I love the casual yet put together look of this loose fitting floral top/dress by American Bazaar. Look at those buttons! It the group gift for the month of May. It claims to be a dress, however it’s a tad sheer in places, and a little short, so I threw on some denim shorts and wore it as a top instead. I think it’s too cute to pass up however you want to wear it. The American Bazaar group is free to join.
