Out of Africa

I get bored wearing the same old everyday clothes that I’d wear in real life. Not that my real life clothes are boring, but in Second Life there’s an opportunity to try on different ethnicities.. and you’ll often find Shang traversing the SLuniverse as a beautiful black woman, or Asian beauty.

africaIn my search for freebies, I came across a really neat outfit for only 1L$ at HopScotch, it’s an ethnic African (I’m not sure which nation) dress, complete with jewelry and a basket to be carried atop your head. The colours are lovely, and simply begged to be photographed on location rather than in my gallery studio.

Please note that the jewelry does have bling, which I don’t like personally. If you don’t like bling, but love the jewelry, I’ve included an anti-bling script that was passed to me by Cherlindrea Lamont. You can find it here.
