New Years in Okinawa

With the Christmas season winding down, all of Secondlife is getting ready for the New Year’s Festivities.  If you are lucky, you may catch the tail end of some nice events before they close for the season.  Such as the Okinawa Festival, which currently has two events running, one for Christmas and one for New Years, both accessible from the landing point.  The Christmas Festival will be over soon (December 29th) but the New Years Festival will continue until January 13th.

When you get to the landing point, there is a little quirk to get in.   If it looks like you are still on the landing point after choosing the teleport option, just press your escape key.  This should take you from the landing point into the actual shopping sim.  You got to love Secondlife and all it’s little quirks. 😉

The Okinawa New Years Festival was filled with many nice vendor stalls and almost all of them had a beautiful gift.  I picked up a few free accessories like this very pretty Tsubaki hair flower by Ayame Ame.  The cute little pinwheel (or Kazaguruma) blowing in the winter air is by ExiA and is also a free gift and their booth.

Free Dove’s Makeover

The Free Dove has a lot of new stuff out at the moment. They are re-organizing the place to sort by designer, and I found this rad dress called Monica at the zOOm designer booth. I love the neon green and purple foxes pattern of the dress, which inspired my neon & cyber sping-themed outfit. There is a bunch of other goodies from zOOm at Free Dove and make sure to check out all the other designers booths while you’re there as well. All items at Free Dove are free when you join their free group.

I’m Spoiled

Spoiled a currently giving away this adorable backpack as a free group gift. You can change the colours and metals on the backpack; this is just a perfect item to add to your inventory!

The Dark Side of the Sun

The Candy Factory Event has started! It’s a few days into the event which runs until the 14th of May. This round the theme is “sun” and let me tell you, things are looking bright! Inventory ready to be filled again

Hello Gorgeous! As I lost pretty much the 80% of my clothing inventory (about 30.000 items) I was in really need to shop, so I left my cozy apartment and there I was, shopping again to fill my inventory. Xmas with Ztique, LalaFoo and DarkMouse!

I wanted to wait until Dec. to start posting on Christmas-items but this one I can’t wait for even one day! I always think they start to early with all these Holiday-season-madness… especially in SL!! Ah well… It’s almost December… sooo it’s ok for me now… I guess!!

I went to Lala Foo to get the items from the Lucky Chair, but I wasn’t lucky I guess…. but I did find out about the great sale she is having! Everything is marked down to 25L, which is amazingly cheap for Lala Foo! Yay! I got the cute babydoll-dress and some amazing stockings!

I don’t like a lot of xmas-thingies… but these cute shoes are way to beautifull not to blog about! They are the christmas-gift from Ztique-shop and are called “All Wrapped Up” in Green Velvet. They come with a handmuff for cold hands! (I had no idea what a hand muff was… but just wear it! It’s gorgeous!)

The necklace i’m wearing is from DarkMouse… a big shop with jewelry and furniture. The necklace is the Christmas-freebie for the Holiday-season… really great job, very detailed! Next to the X-mas gift there is also another box with amazing jewelry-dollarbies!
