It’s Just Another Day In Paradise

The summer vibes just keep flowing and I, for one, couldn’t be happier about it. Here are today’s must haves:

Underground

There is another hunt going on at V8 Underground. I told you about a previous hunt there not too long ago with some really great prizes, so I had go have a look-see. This time it is a Spring Hunt and the prizes are so springy-summery-fabulous. Each prize is a full outfit with jewelry and shoes. The prizes only cost 10L each. 10L for a complete look. My slurl should take you to some hunt information including a picture of all of the prizes and an example of the statue that you need to find scattered around the store to claim said prizes. I picked up number 15 and I am so obsessed with this color. The top, skirt, and earrings are part of the prize as well as shoes and panties that you can’t see, and a bunch of other jewelry and sunglasses that I’m not wearing. I like to keep things simple, ya know? The V8 Underground Spring Hunt has 20 prizes and lasts until June 12th.

I couldn’t resist telling you about what’s going on at Magika as well. In honor of Magika’s 17th birthday – yes SEVENTEEN – there is a 40% off sale and a new free group gift. Who’s Counting?

I do enjoy being reminded of a store that I haven’t been to in a while. That’s what happened when I saw some news about TREND over on Seraphim. I have no affiliation with Seraphim, it’s just one of my favorite places to check out for deals and freebies…besides here, of course. Anyway, TREND is spoiling us. Let me count the ways…

Free Group Join

TREND has lots of club and latex type wear, sexy lingerie looks, and makeup. And currently the group is free to join until May 28th. At that time this promotion will end and the group join fee will go back to 299L, but right now it is gloriously free.

Free Store Credit

When you join the group (for free) and follow the arrows to the group gift area at TREND, you will find a 650L store credit waiting for you as a free group gift. Such a generous gift and definitely enough for a small shopping spree. Do take note that this credit is in addition to the other free group gifts, so don’t forget to check them out too. I used my credit for various things, one of which was the lipstick that I’m wearing. I got it for free and had funds to spare. It comes as an applier with three orangey shades like this one as well as three pinky shades. The gift card will be available until, and must be used by, May 28th when the promotion ends.

Number three (if I had remembered to count) is the lucky boards at TREND. There are a lot of them and they’re full of pretty things. The boards are for group members only but as we know that’s not a problem currently. I lucked into this free bodysuit in yellow. It came in sizes for:

How Can I Resist You?

As I lounge here in the sun, I bring you news of two great finds. The rub is that both things have technically passed. I’ll try to type fast…

Mama Mia

7 Deadly Skins is giving out a fantastic Mother’s Day gift to all of SL, and it’s the gorgeous skin that I’m wearing here. This is a really fantastic opportunity to get a 7DS skin absolutely for free. You’ll find Mamamia inside the store, go through both sets of doors and it’s there on the front desk. There no group to join and the skin is a free gift. It’s so very pretty and comes in my favorite 7DS skin tone, pineapple, as a full body skin with the head and the body combined. Happy Mother’s Day to me.

What Tan Lines?

I am laying here really appreciating the unreality of SL. Could you imagine the tan lines from this? Luckily you don’t have to! I picked up my great little ‘kini from Magnetic. It is available right now for 35L Sunday but, as the Sunday in reference has passed, I have no idea how much longer the deal will be on. Right now, 35L will get you the top and bottom as separates (how cute would this be as a top with some jean shorts?) in sizes for:

Summer Lovin’

There’s no time to lose, to the beach! But first, a quick stop at eBento. It’ll be worth it, I promise.

The Goods

The eBento Event is having an anniversary round, and to celebrate their 6th anniversary there are free gifts. I love it when that happens. Just join the free group and collect the free gifts at each booth. I had a bit of trouble deciding which pieces to show you but well, a bathing suit at the beach is always the correct answer. Allow me to itemize the free from eBento in today’s look:

A free skin by 7DS, in 3 skin tones plus a shape, which includes the body and head skin all in one piece. It’s super convenient, not to mention cute!
This free bathing suit is from Flamingos which proves that a one piece can be just as sexy. Just get an eye full of the high cut hips and great details on the sides. The gift has sizes rigged for Ebody, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya.
And finally, I picked up a free lollipop by Pyps. It comes with a HUD of glitter (I prefer my food not to sparkle, so I’ve turned that off) and color (I prefer it when my snacks match my clothing, so I’ve left it pink) choices. Apparently I have very strong lollipop preferences, who knew.
