Fitting In

I recently created a new avatar with Maitreya Lara as the mesh body. It took me a lot of time to get the shape right. I was finding that a lot of stuff wasn’t fitting me anymore. Isn’t it crazy how much bodies are changing in SL? The minute I buy the newest one and get used to it, another one comes along… Hopefully, I still kept my curves with this new look. Let me know what you think of the end result! Now that I’m “fitting in” I am hoping to show you some cute outfits and products on the blog that I just couldn’t showcase before… although I would not be surprised if I do go back to my beloved Belleza eventually. I just think it’s so funny how we get emotionally attached to our virtual bodies and heads! I know I do, anyways.

Ooooo, Leg Chains!

A freebie I’ve been dying to show you for some time are these free leg chains from Mossu. You will find this gift lying on the floor under the “Harmony Dress Fatpack” vendor for free for all to grab. No group is required for this one. They’re sexy as heck! The chains include a colour texture change hud that allows you to customize the colours of the metals and the gems. It’s cute little things like this that I’ve been waiting to show you with a body that fits just right.

You may remember that I recently blogged [QE Designs]’ recent offerings on the Kink in Pink Hunt. I couldn’t fit into the full outfit before. Now I can, so I decided to snap a pic with the panties, top, and skirt. Each prize only costs 25L on the hunt, so 75L for this full outfit! Each piece includes a hud of pastel latex colours. I do love creating dark looks on occasion. I wanted to capture a “beautiful monster” look here. On my travels today, I also discovered a beautiful dark sim called Legion of Immortals.

Garner Some Attention

There’s something mystical and magical about a cemetery from my perspective. Perhaps it’s the palpable stillness, and the haunting quiet. Whatever it is, to me cemeteries feel like the kind of place where anything could happen. The often elegantly carved statues, headstones, and grave markers with their memorial inscriptions give a cemetery an almost romantic ambiance. My macabre fancies aside, I am excited to share some fabulous finds from Paper.Sparrow and Asura with you!

Toes in the Sand

With My Toes in the Sand

I don’t know about anyone else, but my Second Life summer is shaping up extremely nicely. As everyone knows by now I’ve been hitting the beach every chance I get. Thanks to Paper.Sparrow’s new Dog Days Hunt, I get to look extra cute while keeping my toes in the sand.

The Dog Days Hunt is an in-store hunt at Paper.Sparrow. There are 18 total hunt prizes at 25 lindens each.
